I don't bank here. Let's start by saying that. However, they have had a broken light outside strobing for at least a year that has now caused several seizures to a family member of mine. Please get this fixed before you kill someone.

This place is full of unempathetic people. The loan officer full frontal accused me of lying about my finances over the phone. I've never felt more betrayed and harassed by an institution. It's ok though because this place is doomed to fail if they keep treating people like that. I heard they merged with an even worse credit union. Close your accounts and put your money somewhere else. They don't give a flip about people because if they did then your loan officer wouldn't be judging as if she were God herself.

Before opening an account here call to see if you can talk to someone. You’ll be on hold for 1/2 an hour even though there’s not a single customer on the bank.

You all have a very very poor 1-800 Number Help Center they cannot help you at all the only thing they can do is turn your card off they can’t tell you any of your last transactions that were made in case you lost your card or it was stolen and it really pisses me off that I wasted 30 minutes of my life on hold and wasted another 10 to write this review 😡

The tellers are always very pleasant and professional with me. They do a very good job and they always have polite conversations with me. To these previous comments I remind you they are a Federal union and very busy a lot of the time. Don't mistake being professional withe being rude.

Stopped in to speak with someone about possibly opening an account. The employee I spoke with was disinterested and rude to such an extent that it was clear that I made a mistake in giving them a chance. I'll never go back.

I use to love banking with ArrowPointe until I had to deal with rude employees. I am not too fond of the employees there, this one in particular Sharleka. She’s very very rude and unprofessional. I called this branch several times today and not one time did she greet me nor introduce herself, she answered the phone as if she had an attitude and didnt want to be bothered. I’ve had several issues with her alone. I’ve been banking with ArrowPointe for almost 2 years and the experience that I’ve had and receiving is unacceptable. I’ve never had bad deposit/check, I do everything that as a consumer is supposed to do and still have to deal with the rude behavior. I’ve reached out to Tim Lyda the CEO and the compliance manager about this issue, if it doesn’t gets resolve I will be moving forward with filing complaints with NCUA and so forth. It’s unfair to be treated this way.
