Nicole is the greatest. She spent plenty of time without being rushed or feeling like " what are you doing here?". I left her office with all my issues answered. ~Keith

This place is full of unempathetic people. The loan officer full frontal accused me of lying about my finances over the phone. I've never felt more betrayed and harassed by an institution. It's ok though because this place is doomed to fail if they keep treating people like that. I heard they merged with an even worse credit union. Close your accounts and put your money somewhere else. They don't give a flip about people because if they did then your loan officer wouldn't be judging as if she were God herself. ~Craig

Although some of the staff are friendly, hardly any of the loan officers return your call. Since covid, myself and others I'm sure faced a difficult time with making payments on time. I explained to them( mainly mary) my situation and she continued to almost every week and threatened me with a repossession, although my payments may be a few days behind the due date. I was even called for $2 I lacked on my payment! I talked to several people that dealt with other banks and the excused them up til July or further, but not this bank. ~SuperBad

I have had the worst experience at this branch. Avoid this branch at all costs. I went into this branch on 2 occasions to make corrections to my accounts. The first time that I went in Colten did a poor job of assisting me. I contacted Chase and that is when the customer service representative informed me of this. The rep told me that when I go in to specifically speak to the branch manager. Recently, I went to the branch in an effort to get things done correctly. I asked to speak with the branch manager and was informed that the manager was not there. When I explained my problem, the person stated that he would have the assistant manager help me. Instead the assistant manager told a financial advisor named Austin, to assist and pretend that he was the manager. When Austin assisted (pretending to be the branch manager), he also incorrectly assisted me. I called Chase customer service and they informed me that Austin incorrectly assisted me. The fact that the assistant manager was not willing to assist me and instead told Austin to pretend to be the branch manager is a major concern. I will never return to this branch and think that this branch should be closed down permanently. This actually has me wondering what other fraudulent things this branch is doing. Please avoid this branch at all costs. ~Shannon

We stood in line nearly 30 minutes to cash some bonds in. They had 9 people total in the bank, only one at the teller window. People were lined back to the entrance. At one point there were 6 people behind the window, still one teller. Poor customer service. I'm changing banks after 24 years with them. ~Shawn
