Nice and clean, lot of cars. However, not recommended to anyone to go there for service, so terrible, rude staff members, it seems like they don't want to help you at all. For a luxury brand, I'm pretty sure they are last in place overall for services. I think corporate should look into their practice. Because my $70000 would have been appreciated anywhere else.

Definitely recommend this place if you planning to buy a car new or pre-owned. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Joseph the salesperson who helped me from the beginning till the end of my car buying journey was excellent and really useful, explained everything I needed to know. Overall my experience was above and beyond at this place.

By far the absolute best car dealership I have been to. After months of being played and getting crushed by other car dealerships, Millie really made me the happiest customer! Got me in and out in 2 days with a beautiful shining jeep of my dreams!!! This place really cares about their customers sincerely and does everything they can to help you get what you want. I have been with infiniti since 2003 always had infiniti this is my second bad experience with Massapequa Infiniti. Called June 27, 2022 rear ac trouble with 2019 Qx80 the lady who answered said we do not recommend waiting. Scheduled a loaner got here today July 8,2022 and no loaner and bad attitude. Wasn't offered a seat with the advisor, service manager was even worse . Explaining the trouble service advisor telling me it is supposed to leak. Green liquid on a line supposed to be there. I know she is not a mechanic no need to have an attitude because you don't know. I purchased an appearance warranty and they dont want to honor that. I lost all confidence with infiniti. I will no longer buy or recommend any. Customer service was also useless. A 2019 and ac trouble that is being overlooked just disgusting. Edit: a CPO certified Preown warranty from another Infiniti dealership is not a 3rd party warranty. A loaner car if scheduled has absolutely nothing to do with the warranty either way. Obviously you don't care for anyone who did not purchase a new vehicle from you. Your reply does not even make sense anything I purchase from Infiniti is in your system and another dealer took care of what you lacked today my vehicle is repaired and I will send your comment to corporate also. Dishonest and arrogant on top of it.

Service manager is dishonest. I brought my car in for a pretty big job(over 5k) and discussed price matching on the parts with the service manager to which he responded saying yes and he would do everything he could. I had to call them to find out if my car was ready and had to pay full price.

If you're looking to buy an Infiniti don't bother with the other local dealerships. Infiniti of Massapequa is the place to go. Ask for Joe C. for the best experience in car shopping. He was very knowledgeable, patient when answering all my questions and overall very professional. I would definitely recommend him, and Financial Manager Nick.

They got me in and out within 2 days. They had to replace my turbos and were able to get my car back to me quickly regardless on how big the job was. The Service department went through everything that would be happening and were very professional and concise. They were able to answer all my questions regarding the service process. Highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. They take care of their customers very well!

Easiest car buying/leasing process I have ever dealt with. Salesman Joseph Cunningham was a pleasure to deal with. Did all paperwork via email and just had to sign when I went for pickup of our new QX60 and return our old leased QX60. In and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes.
