The Massena location is great. Great team. They work quickly and effectively to get your order to you. Pick up window is convenient. We always order the original crust (deep dish) pizza, and it's always delicious and hot.

This was in massena and even though they didn't have a salad bar our waitress was excellent wish I got her name

Ordered via the app. Pretty expensive for what you get, especially if you don't have a discount code. Boneless wings were okay this time, but can be hit or miss.

Ordered hand tossed, 2 of the taste makers, one was to be buffalo with chicken , bacon , and jalapenos. One was to be classic with pepperoni, sausage , and green peppers. I recieved the first , but the second was just cheese and jalapenos and the crust on both pizzas were sooo thin they had to of used a smaller dough ball. Basically I got crackers and cheese. When I called, they offered a remake on the cheese only one. I called at 7:24, they closed at 9 and never delivered the pizza, even with me having offered to pay for an edible one! ticket # 0175. Highly disappointed

Unfortunately cannot put 0 star rating. But can’t rate the food because we didn’t even stay long enough to get seated. Staff was rude, had to find a waitress after standing for almost 10 minutes while other turned heads instead of giving us a wait time, and when we asked about being seated we were treated rudely.

Just now starting to dig into their menu a bit. This last week I tried their Parmesan Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries on the side. If you haven’t tried it, or are looking for something new to try, go for it. You won’t be disappointed with the service and quality of the food. They are definitely consistent at this location too.
