This location has been nicely remodeled. However, prices are higher, staff is mostly all new and not friendly. There are never enough cashiers, some of which expect you to pack your own groceries. I go there basically just to earn the gas points.

This location made the absolute best death by chocolate cake EVER!! We have tried it at other locations and it wasn’t as good. Only buying it from medina tops!! So, so good!

Between the self checkout that isn't properly labeled for cards only and the remodeling being done while they are open so display cases are blocked from access...I would t recommend going here unless you want a stressful trip to the store

I was there 9/16/2021, i purchased the Carnival Cookie Dough Cake.... The layer breading was so dry & the frosting/icing tasted a kinda sour rubber feeling. Cookie Dough filled in was alright, no more Carnival Cookie Dough Cake for me! Plus not to mention the Desserts they've been sitting on the cooler shelves for days.

Seems that Tops in Medina is getting almost worse then Walmart. No cashier's and nothing on the shelves. Use to love this store. But it's going down hill. The one on Rochester rd is better. And that they transferd dar. That was wrong. She was awesome. Very friendly.

100% ♿ accessible. Love their frozen dept, it offers a wide variety of options & is quite large. Bakery soft breads & top quality lean meats, are also very good. However, daily prices are very high on everything, compared to other large chain grocery stores, so I only buy sale items or immediate need items when necessary. Items with "On Sale" prices, level out closer to more average pricing, so thats the time to buy them. Bonus Points system provides savings on post-buy, frequent customers only. Points system lowers the cost per gallon of Tops gas for frequent customers too. Produce dept quality is hit or miss.

Clean store, that is well stocked and has a variety food from different cultures. The employees are mostly friendly, although some of the younger evening staff memebrs are on their phone and not personable. As for every tops chain store there prices tend to be higher, unless you get on sale or with a coupon.
