IF I could give half a star for this place I would. This is because today I just entered the store I was talking on my phone to one of my friends and then the manager walks over to me and tells me I must leave the store. I was confused as to why and just as I was exiting the store the Manager calls me mental and says are you mental or something to me. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BEWARE THIS MANAGER WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU FOR NO REASON AT ALL.

We've been shopping at this store since it opened. The first few years it was organized and fully stocked. When the manager was transferred he was replaced with some others that did not keep up with his standards. Finally a new manager has taken over and she keeps the store clean and kept the shelves stocked as much as she could during the pandemic. The bad review is due to a nasty attitude we got from an employee, , because I didn't move fast enough from the register. I paid with cash and gave him exact change to help out with their notices of a coin shortage. As I was putting my wallet back in my purse, he pressed the button on the credit card payment machine that asks if you want a receipt, ripped the receipt off the register and handed it to me and loudly said, "You're Welcome". I was fully aware there was another person behind me and I was just going to thank the cashier when he did this. I was embarrassed and I just left the store. It just took 3 seconds to put my wallet back. I thought of telling his manager, but I doubt she would do very much. We'll just avoid this store. Mrs. Mike

Huge birthday section . Tiny to gigantic gift bags, wrapping and tissue paper, ribbons, party supplies. Hundreds of greeting cards in modern, up to date designs. 9/22/20 store employees completely masked. Employee stocking shelves wearing mask and gloves

I was in the store at 4:30 had to rush to an event only one cashier a huge line. I asked the lady if there was someone to open up a register VERY nicely and she’s says “ you rushing isn’t my problem” very poor customer service skills. Then a cashier was called to help me on the other register. He was very polite and I told him how nasty she was about me rushing. When you have long lines and big orders you should be asking for someone to get on another register. She was very rude. A black lady with curly brownish blonde hair.

Aside from the two times I went there on Sat morning and evening and hearing the staff all complain about some mom who called out and they gave hours to and literally still whining about it at 5 pm at night and 9 am that morning leaves a bad taste in the mouth. The lady in the morning was cashier was nice and it wasn't her talking it was her boss. The second time I came in it was the taller man brown hair and the male shorter cashier who was texting someone while ringing up to get someone to come in as the other person called out because and I quote the boss his morning saying this loudly in front of me "her kid is sick and she can't come in." Then he went on about hours and how they gave her hours and now they regret it. Great deals on spices and even the mustard I went to grab in the evening. But being I just moved here I hope this is not a daily event there. If I want drama I'd turn on days of our lives, and let's be real here that's messed up to get mad and blame a mom because her child is sick! If it happens again I'll be sure to call corporate and take your names down.
