Delivered wrong order, called store immediately after delivery and they were closed. Called support and all the could offer was to email a letter to corporate for me 😂. So out $50, wrong order, waited an hour for it, and it wasn’t even hot when it arrived. dominos ftw as far as “fast food” style pizza goes.

Excellent customer service today however the food is burned breadsticks pepperoni cheese pie and the Alfredo. Now I love this location but today wasn’t there day.

Saw an online coupon for a pizza deal wouldn't go through on the website so went to the store and got an attitude for showing the coupon and was told nothing can be done for me so unprofessional what is the purpose of the coupon and what ever happened to customer service too

I ordered 4 pies, the cookie, and breadsticks. All were done on time and tasted great. My only concern was one should have had pepperoni and it was a plain pizza. Grandkids were happy so I am too. Will order from here again.

When I arrived, I was told a lady had just picked up my order claiming her name was my name. The cashier stated she opened the box to see if that was her order and the lady claimed that she said it was and handed her my order. Moments later I came to pickup my order and the only thing was my cinnamon rolls I ordered separately redeeming my reward points. Once they realized the confusion, they rushed to make our order and offered us a free 2 liter soda for the trouble. The staff was apologetic and friendly.
