This is not the place to go to save your money. I went here in November to withdraw money. I provided my ID, as I currently didn't have my passbook in my possession, and a teller and the Manager on Duty refused to conduct the withdrawal. I was instructed that it was imperative that I have my book. I visited another branch at a later date and provided my book. I was instructed that the book was out of date from 2016 and that they would need time to update the book. I gave the branch permission and informed them that I have had my book "fixed" three different times by two other banks. Four days later, I received a call that the book was ready. I stop by, obtained my book and tried to do a transaction. There was a problem with the book. We all assumed that there was a pending transaction and that was the case.. The branch offered to proceed the transfer another way, but I didn't need the funds at that time. I revisited this branch, and now I am being told that there is still a problem with my book. I explained that I have already visited several other branches and had my book "adjusted." They explained how the other branches didn't do the process correctly, an issue that has nothing to do with me, and that they needed to verify every transaction from 2016 until now, before they would released my funds. this makes it the second time this branch refused to allow me a withdrawal. At this point I am livid and want to close the account. I was then told that they have to update the book after verifying the book before the transaction can be closed. So I wait... 45 minutes later, the branch manager informs me that everything is up to date and that I can complete my transaction. I ask to close the account. They process the closure, have the nerve to ask why, and then profusely apologize after the account is closed. Cut to Monday, December 21, the branch Manager calls, and introduces himself, did not do so while was at the branch, and wants to know what happened. We go through the issues, and NOW he wants to find out what could be done to fix the issue. The entire time I was there, nothing was offered, but after filling out a survey, now the branch wants to try and make it better. I informed the Manager that the issues that I experience weren't exclusive from this branch but from all of them and that inability to utilize technology that is their own. I informed the Manager that I have no intentions of returning to Investors as the experience was too much to deal with. I ended the call. As someone who had a custodial account and then a savings account, I can't believe how difficult the process has be come. I don't recommend anyone utilize Investors!
