I called late afternoon on Friday to get a prescription refilled. I need it tomorrow. I was informed that the pharmacy is now closed on weekends!!! I will be switching pharmacies. This isn't the first issue I have had with the pharmacy.

The pharmacy technicians are really rude...one girl was so disrespectful to an elderly woman who was just asking normal questions about her medication, one hung up on me on the phone...on purpose!, and they all seem to have a snotty chip on their shoulder. I was talking to the pharmacist and one tech told me to stand back and he shut the gait in my face while I was talking to the pharmacist (the pharmacist wanted to talk to me, not the other way around)..and it was not an easy to see through kind of gait. I don't know if it's generational or what but they have no customer service skills, at all. I've already talked to the manager about it, but nothing changed...it just got worse. Plus, I've been getting the same medication refilled every month for well over a year and every time I go to get it refilled they're out of it. I either have to wait several days for them to reorder it and have it sent in or I have to go to another Walgreens and hope they have it. I won't be going back there and I definitely won't recommend them to family or friends.

Lizey in the pharmacy is an absolute angel! She was so, incredibly busy yet took the time to chase me into the parking lot and help me out with my problem today. This woman deserves a raise and so much more. Her compassion and kindness I will remember forever. Thank you Lizey! I hope you have a very Merry Christmas. You sure performed a Christmas miracle for me today!

Went there to get a passport photo. The worker I interacted with was pretty rude and very reluctant to help. Then when I went to pay, they told me that they couldn't apply coupon code and refused to try, even though the website says that the coupon code is only valid in store at checkout... The whole experience was pretty annoying. I shall take my business to the other pharmacy in town next time.
