Horrible. Waited 15 minutes in drive through with a total of three cars. Then they had us drive around and park because burgers were still cooking. Finally got our food and the burgers were stone cold; cheese wasn’t even melted. Had to bring them back in to be reheated

My order was sitting there and the manager was taking forever to give it to me I told her that's my order and she said "one second!" Very rudely and continued taking other people's orders. She is very rude.

Worker's are too busy socializing and cannot comprehend simple food item order. Don't waste your time patronizing this place unless you plan on being disappointed. Service was terrible. Update: Whopper/Fries/Nuggets were old/cold. Food sucked.

I loved the milkshake a lot! And the chicken nuggets are really good! 1000/10 would visit again!

Ordered fish sandwich which tasted like it was heating up all day. Corners were dry and inedible. The onion rings were cold and not flavorful. Tasted like they had been sitting all day

I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The were so understaffed that poor troy was doing every ones order. The lady who was there screamed a lot at troy. For example "TROY GET THAT GOD DAMN CHICKEN SANDWHICH READY".

Another Burger King with a closed dining room. I just drove a long way bringing a team back to the nearby college and was desperately hungry but only the drive through is open and my bus doesn't fit in a drive through. So instead of catering to people who work for a living you cater to drunks and junkies with the munchies!!! Thanks for nothing!!!

The messed up the drinks and food. When asked to fix the whopper they messed up they gave us a whopper jr instead! I was not going to have them make it a 3rd time so we just took it. Over payed and still got the wrong food and drinks.

This might go down as the worst fast food place in New York. Constantly waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru. I pull up the the drive-thru speaker and they ask you to please wait, ends up being 10 minutes+. Food is always cold and undercooked. Not sure if they are under staffed or just disabled. Wouldn’t recommend.

No front service at the counter inside. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 for making me a correct order. Staff is completely indifferent to the customers and couldn not care less for even trying to be polite. I understand that working at fast food place at afternoon/night shift is tough - I worked at McDonald's back in high school. But that's not excusing that attitude and lack of customer service. Disappointed.
