Price gouging at its finest! If you like to pay double and sometimes triple for your food items, then this is the place for you! Locals do not shop here, just the clueless tourists. Cashier looks at you with disdain, and stares off into space while you bag your own groceries. Checkout area is very tight, and I tripped on the other cashiers mat, and almost fell. It would be appropriate to change the name to Tops Unfriendly Market. I would rather go hungry then ever step foot in this place again. Shame on you!

Considering it's the only grocery store for miles, you wouldn't know it when inside. This store is more current and fresh than most stores like it near major city's.

For a remote mountain town, this grocery store was surprising well stocked. I see a lot of negatives reviews about variety but I found everything I needed to make chicken piccata one night and chicken fajitas the next night. Prices were fair. You can even get 4 Arizonas iced teas for $3. Now that is a steal in these times or inflation.

I used to really like this place. The prices were okay, and the customer service was great. I guess the store has lost a lot of it's employees. The ones that are left and the new hires are not friendly. The prices have gone through the roof! The prices are more like a convenient store, than a grocery store!

It's clean and the staff are friendly but if you are traveling through this is the smallest grocery store I have been to in NY. They didn't have a lot of things we were looking for but it is a small town and they were super accommodating for our vacation must haves.

I’ve never liked any Tops I’ve been to, ever in my life. This one is particularly bad. Rotten food every time I go. Insanely over expensive for very low quality. Music is always WAY too loud and regularly inappropriate. Filthy establishment but that’s normal for Tops anyway. Pandemic I’m sure has something to do with it but it was ALREADY dirty, over priced, and borderline rotten before that. Even other TOPS stores in other parts of the state have the same problem. Produce going bad practically over night is normal in my experience with these stores. We Only go there when absolutely necessary… I’m guessing the positive reviews have never seen a Wegman’s in their entire life… I suppose if this is all one’s ever known then it’s fine… “Tops never mops just look at the floor! Was a well know jingle growing up in my home town. Still applies… Very over priced for food that’s already turning. Moldy produce has become a thing… again , the pandemic makes it worse, but this was already a problem.
