It would be really nice if you could get my order right once in awhile. Regardless of what I order there’s always something wrong. Today I ordered the French toast with bacon. There was no bacon. I always order an ice coffee or an ice tea and I’m lucky if they remember to put a straw in the bag. Not a big deal - just annoying when it happens all the time.

First time getting from here and I gotta say these bagels are so soft but with a light chew. As for the coffee, its also good. Also got some pancakes, they are massive, fluffy and delicious. Definitely will be coming back.

Can’t say enough about their catering. I just had party with barbecue at my home and it was great. Chef was so professional and friendly. Terrific presentation and all went so smoothly. I was able to relax and they did all the work and clean up. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

We've had their barbecue catering for family parties and the food was amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough!

But when it gets crowded, it’s probably because everyone knows how good the food is. Everything is made to order. It is not fast food, so yeah, there might be a wait. It happens. One of the best bagel delis on Long Island. Tere's always a wait because the food is so good but the staff is very quick and efficient. Their French toast bagel incredible. Their breakfast sandwiches are huge though a bit on the high side in price but you definitely get what you pay for. They do catering as well.
