What an amazing experience I had at KP glass- they are professional, friendly, honest and attentive. After a nightmare of an experience with a local safelite to replace my windshield my insurance company recommended KP glass. I had a problem with my windshield and Kevin and his son did not quit until they solved the problem. They will talk to you and answer any questions. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Would recommend to you if you have any sort of glass issues.

We had to have our windshield fixed and we chose KP based on their reviews. The owner is very nice and we were in the midst of COVID so we didn’t make a fuss over how long we were left without the car because we understood that some of the problems were out of their control (couldn’t get the windshield, the one they installed ended up being cracked, had to come back because of an issue with how the wipers were put back on, etc) and they were apologetic. However, we recently needed our window replaced and decided to give them another shot. I called on Saturday because it shattered Friday night. I got the owner again and he let me know that the supplier was not open over the weekend, which I understood, but said that he would do some investigating and would get back to me to let me know when to bring in the car. I called to check in later that day and he said he didn’t have any information yet but would call me. Fast forward to Monday and I NEVER heard back. The following week, after waiting and waiting, we ended up at a fantastic shop that responded quickly, set us up with an appointment, and had a factory window installed in a couple of hours. I hate to leave bad reviews, especially in this climate, but I’m afraid this one was well deserved.

i just had my car window fixed today. They scheduled me in super quick. I waited in the office while they worked on my car. The people are so nice and made me feel really comfortable. They are fair and honest. They did an excellent job on my car window. I am going to fix some of my house windows as well with them because they did such a great job on my car! I highly recommend them.
