I have had numerous positive experiences at the Jiffy Lube in Seaford on Merrick Road. Sometimes I have to wait to get into the garage but their quality service and kind professionals make it well worth it. This is my go to spot for all of my car maintenance needs. Extremely disappointing. I had an appointment to get my inspection done. Show up and I am told the lady called out and no one else was able to do it for me. Instead of calling me first thing in the morning they waited for me to show up for my 2 pm appointment and tell me then. Horrible customer service and will not be returning to that location

Just got back from an inspection with an appointment at this Jiffy Lube and I give them the highest compliments. All in all from the time I arrived to departure it took 15 minutes, which was super fast, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them over Mavis, who took excess of four hours for an inspection with an appointment for another car of mine. Easy five stars.

Well, I will say this place did well with friendly costumer service but I am actually really disappointed with the work that was done. In the beginning I had noticed my car was shaky whenever I drove at around 50 miles an hour. I took it in the shop, everyone fixed it up and I also told them I believed it was the breaks or roaters but needed their input. They said everything looked fine and they would do work to the breaks and Roaters for me. They replaced that stuff and put new breaks on. It took about 6 hours for them to do which was fine. But then.... the next day as I am driving to another town I hear bolts and screws fall out of the bottom of my car!!! I heard the whole lower half of it dragging on the road! I was so terrified so I quickly took it back the next morning to the closest jiffy lube. When I took it to the other jiffy lube nearest to me, they did not tell me what was going on with my car and seemed very hush hush about it and carefully asked me who did the work at the Seaford jiffy lube. I handed them my receipt and they had to get the head mechanic to come down and make sure everything was fine. Now, I spent a good 700-800 dollars on my breaks and roaters. I was so disappointed and I felt ripped off. I'm a young woman so I guess this is what they mean when they say people will try to take advantage of you for high prices in these type of places. In the end, I took my car all the way back to my home state (CT) and had a genuine mechanic look at it and wow oh wow when he told me that someone put the breaks on incorrectly I was just so upset but thankful he caught that. Guys, please make sure you research your car or make people show you what is happening to it. I'm really sad to say all of this because the people were genuinely nice to me face to face. And I had a lot of patience and never raised my voice or got mad at anyone but if left me financially struggling in the long run. Just go to another place for breaks to be done.

This was the third time I visited this particular Jiffy Lube. Each time before I was extremely happy with the service I received. This time my front breaks needed to be replaced. Randy took the time & explained to me every aspect of the situation. And, made many phone calls trying to find the parts because of the situation with the supply chains. Without his diligence, I wouldn't have gotten my Jeep back that day. Oh, and did I mention that Randy's a fabulous mechanic? And he's HONEST. Love the whole crew at Seaford Jiffy Lube.

Such excellent, professional, and quality service. The drive-through service gave me an appreciation for how the employees operate. They were constantly communicating with each other to make sure they were safe. It was fun to watch one of them working underneath the car in the bay next to me. They were fast but thorough, and I appreciated how Rico continued to update me through the visit while also tending to several other customers. I will be back!
