Was ok. Did a mobile order and went inside to pickup. Took about 10 minutes to get food, not too bad. Some tables weren't clean but the one we chose was. Wasn't busy at all. Didn't understand why they had 2 bathrooms and one was for employees only, so customers, man or woman had to wait for that one bathroom in the dining area when this employees only bathroom right next to it was vacant the whole time we were there. I remember not being able to wash up last time because of this sharing of one bathroom. Should be separate men/women bathrooms and employees should have their own in back. French fries were on the floor behind counter where they were bagging them for orders. They were just pushing them aside with there feet while dropping them. Not very clean with that respect. Last thing was little nat bugs kept flying around my food in dining area while I was trying to eat so that was annoying. I'll avoid this location next time.

The Impossible Whoper is great. Too bad it's $3 Whopper Wednesdays and not $2 anymore.

So can someone explain to me how a Big King in this Burger King is a Whopper Jr. If I go over in Babylon it's a double Whopper. I think I got ripped off. I called the Burger King and the manager said well at this Burger King it's a Whopper Junior. Except the picture is not a Whopper Jr. How you can have different items for an item on your menu that has a picture. Obviously I'm going to go where the price represents what you get.

extremely slow service. i get that they’re probably understaffed, but the cashier, nathan, was extremely rude and completely forgot my order. i went back to order and it took almost 15 minutes just for 8 nuggets. they don’t care here. rude. horrible service 👎🏻

Several years have gone by since I last had a burger and fries at Burger King because of the fact that I ended up enjoying Wendy's and McDonald's more than Burger King. Today and for the first time in a long time, I tried BK's Impossible Whopper. I wasn't expecting anything special; however, I was pleasantly surprised to find what I feel is a really good burger. It didn't taste weird as it looked and tasted just like the whoppers I enjoyed when the Burger King chain first opened way back in the beginning. I would definitely ask anyone to try it. I had mine with cheese and all the other stuff that it usually comes with, and, it was good and messy. Accordingly, You will have to use 2 hands to handle this Whopper!

Terrible service I wish I could give it no stars ! I waited 10 minutes with my screaming kids before someone even acknowledged me to take my order. The staff is so nasty arguing with each other in front of customers as well as cursing. The “manager” is the last thing a manager should be considering she was raising her voice & arguing with a customer as well. She clearly has no leadership skills to control her staff let alone give an appropriate example of how people should be treated. Definitely will never come back to this location. Corporate should look into who they hire

Menu at the drive through said one price for an item, they charged me an extra $1.00 each for the two items. When I questioned this at the window, the kid could not have cared less, and just walked away. This happened at 4:19 p.m. on 6/16/21 in case management would like to know who it was.

They have such a nasty disposition at this location. They purposely do not give you receipt so that you don't know who helped you so if you want to make a complaint you don't have their name to make a complaint. They hand you dirty cups with the soda spilling on the side and my fries today tastes like it had syrup on it. The only reason why I go to Burger King it's because they have more dessert selections than Wendy's Taco Bell or McDonald's. But from now on I'll just find another option for something sweet to eat after my meal

Cleanest restaurant I have ever dined in. Touch screen soda dispensers make you drink custom. I will be dining here again. Staff exceeds what there commercials show.
