My delivery was absolutely great. In over 25 years of driving. I had the best customer service experience from the shipping and receiving office. The lady in the office was very helpful and very outgoing to everyone there. She made everyone feel welcome. They also allow over night parking. Just don't block their dock doors.

Was loaded in 35 min, those guys are super fast and realy nice. I wish every shipper work like this.

Arrived super early for my pickup, the guys working were very accommodating and said I would get loaded as soon as they picked the items from their warehouse. Very friendly and fast people. If you arrive early the location doesn't look like it's active but that is an illusion. Like a lot of the East coast this place has that old world charm you read about in books. I hope I get to pick up from here often.
