This place is getting a little to high in priced ill drive the extra few miles and save the money. I feel there is not reason for the prices. I can buy a 24 pack for the price I pay for a 12 here.

Albertsons store 3339 is like an old fashion Mom & Pops store. Consistent customer service and all around friendly. I do have to say that Renee, who i mostly see in self check out, will be missed because she is retiring. Renee is an asset to Albertsons. She always provides Exceptional Customer. Sorry to see her go, there will never be another Renee..

The store has gone down hill overnight when the new store opened up on Amity and Eagle. The service deli (with the exception of one or two people) has gone from being the best in the area, to being hands down the WORST! I stood at the counter for 5 mins without ever being acknowledged let alone helped, all while an employee there was doing paperwork 15 feet from me (behind the counter). He would pause momentarily, look up at me, and then back down to doing some paperwork. Before you say "he probably didn't work that area", I will tell you that I know good and well that it's the ONLY area he works. The food is either over cooked, or overcooked and really old. That is just one department. Their fruit used to be the best in the area (SW Boise) and now I get better fruit and veg at Walmart. I could go on, but you get the idea. So unless it's an emergency or you just want a prepackaged item, (and no matter what stay away from the service deli). SIDE NOTE- 6 months ago I rated this Albertson's a 5+++++, now I would rate them a negative 5.

This Albertsons location is a nice store as you’d expect, staff is friendly. I have struggled, however, with their pharmacy. Often very long wait times. When you do reach the desk, you sometimes need to come back in 15-30min while they fill your order. I gave it several chances. In my last experience, I waited 15min in line. Once I reached the desk, I gave my info, they looked it up and confirmed my order, and I was asked to wait or come back later while they processed the order. I chose to wait (was about 15min). Upon returning to the desk, I was told hey didn’t have the order in stock, and to check back the following week. The problem was this was already my 2nd trip to this pharmacy to pick up that item after attempting to pick it up the week prior. I even called ahead to ensure the item would be there and they confirmed it would be. Other customers made their displeasure and opinion a lot more pronounced, indicating they too had been getting the runaround for long enough. Again, nice store and friendly folks overall. You can tell the staff is frustratingly frustrating , although they weren’t taking it out on their guests. Their pharmacy system and process flow need a fresh look from the ground up to determine where the issues are.

They were very short staffed. Lines were very backed up, however the cashier I got was still very pleasant and apologetic for the issue. I can't imagine it was her fault but gold stars to her for maintaining such wonderful decorum and pleasantries.

The employees were so kind and friendly, but that's the icing on the cake! I eat a lot of produce and this store has the freshest and best, as well as the fruit. This store is very clean, well organized with wide aisles for shopping ease. Sale items are well identified. This store ranks on the top of my list for grocery stores.

Yay! I didn't have to go to another store to find fresh, organic produce! Albertsons prices are great, too! Okay, the above are great, but the friendliness of the employees stand so far above other stores.

Today I went to Albertsons by my house. The next closest store is 5 miles away. Everytine I decided what I wanted for my meals either they were out of a product, or the produce was under ripened. So I put back on the shelf about $75.00 worth of products, and spent about $10.00 instead. When I was asked at the cash register if I found everything ok today I told the cashier my experience and expressed my frustration. His reply was "you're lucky not to be spending so much money and I felt condesended. Also during this supply chain crises, and consumer inflation Albertsons still has maintained a policy that you must buy more then one (usually 3-4 item's) to get the maximum sale price?!?! Considering the amount of volume Albertsons sells there simply is no reason why they can't do what the competitors does and not require it to get the best price! Albertsons simply is more expensive then Winco, and Wal-Mart, and even Fred Myers. Why am I being asked to pay higher prices when my neighborhood store can't provide what I'm after, and they won't give me their best price unless I buy multiple items. I know several Albertsons employees who shop at Winco because they get a better price... This speaks volumes. After today's experience, and built up frustration from their higher prices, and having to buy multiple items I'm going to make bi weekly trips to Winco, and absolutely not shop at my neighborhood Albertsons.
