Great service. Started the job earlier than expected and finished it well within the time frame given. We had a baby during construction and they were great at working with us around that schedule. All the workers were very professional and friendly. Before this job was even done, we were looking to schedule another project with them! We had a Velux Tubular Sun Tunnel installed in our main bathroom. The light that comes through the tunnel is wonderful since we do not have a window. During the day, you don’t need to turn on a light and just passing by the room - no more black space!

Requested a quote for a 20x12 composite deck with reverse gable roof. We have a 6 month old brand new home. They quoted us 100k for the job, nearly a third of the cost of our entire home. Maybe they do amazing work, I’ve heard good things about Ivy Lea, but I’ll never know at that price tag. I’m going with a different reputable deck guy for less than half of Ivy Leas quote. Also, the quote process takes WEEKS so be prepared to be patient.

I had the pleasure of working with Scott during the process of getting estimates for my home following some pretty significant water damage. Scott exceeded all my expectations for contractors. I left messages with a ton of places, 95% of which never returned my multiple attempts at contact. Scott was very responsive, took the time to walk me through the process, go through the quote with me, explain the time frame and really just help me to understand what would happen. Then when insurance came back with their own quote, which was horrendously low for the amount of work needing to be done, Scott agreed to come out to the house a second time to meet with the independent adjuster and came to a reasonable agreement between the two different quotes. I cannot recommend Scott enough and I would be delighted to work with him again.

I own an older commercial building and through the years have had a lot of projects with different contractors. Ivy Lea was hands down the most professional company I have worked with. The communication throughout the whole process was exceptional, everything was well organized and planned out before the project even began, and throughout the project the various crews were well coordinated and the work was regularly checked by supervisors. This summer it was time to replace my driveway. We've always wanted concrete but were hesitant.
