I absolutely love Crunch- Port Chester! I work close by for the summer and being in college, their 3-month student membership is perfect for me. This is my second year using this location and I couldn't be happier. All managers and staff are super nice and take the time to get to know you/your goals. Everyone is friendly and the gym is always super clean. Having a gym that is open early and stays open late works great with my schedule. Crunch has everything for beginners and experienced gym-goers! When you join, you even get a free training session with one of the many certified trainers. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I love it here!! I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now, I look forward to going everyday with my gym buddy, Molly. When we walk through the doors, we are immediately greeted by the staff which makes the workout 10x better. There are various machines and equipment to use during a workout and it pays off, everything is very efficient and great to use. Molly and I have seen drastic results from this gym and I recommend everyone join Crunch Fitness!

Very welcoming staff, they continue to put a smile on my face each and every day. I also train with Natalie and she is the most motivating trainer and pushes me to become more confident and determined when trying to reach my fitness goals. Great gym overall, lots of useful equipment and great vibes amongst the staff.

Crunch Fitness in Port Chester is a great experience! The staff is kind, the people, and overall the atmosphere. Great place to get a workout as there is a variety of things to do. Many different fitness classes, personal trainers, and equipment at a good price! I would definitely recommend Crunch Fitness in Port Chester.

crunch is a great gym! it has so much to offer with lots of machines and mat space. the staff is friendly and it’s in a great location. there is a tanning space, cardio machines, various muscle group machines, and spacious locker room with showers and changing rooms. so glad i joined crunch!!

Where to start… not only is it fair priced, and has loads of good equipment and things to do as a member, but the team at the front desk is very welcoming. Lots of gyms claim to be a “family” and claim to be a judgment free zone. Crunch is true to those statements. I will be a member here as long as I can. I recommend joining if you haven’t!

This has been the stupidest gym I have ever been to. I have been trying to cancel since October and all they’ve don’t is call and ask if there is anything they can do to make some stay. No I don’t want to stay there. All they did was freeze my account and then start charging me again and now I have to pay the yearly charge even though I joined in April??? All of the corporate numbers I have found don’t work which I find SUPER CONVENIENT especially since it fits right along their employees that don’t answer the phone until you call a second or third time

Dirty! Machines are broken And bathrooms a mess! Overall atmosphere is disgusting take your money elsewhere! LA fitness down the road would be better!! STAY AWAY!!! Management just seems like they don’t care. Will not be back!!

Gym is FILTHY. Womens bathroom has only 1 out of four toilet stalls working- hasn’t been cleaned since God knows when. Staff is incredibly rude at the front desk- run by kids who don’t say hello and goodbye to you and make you sign in yourself. Machines are half broken…literally there’s a sign on machines for months that don’t get fixed. Shower curtains have mold on the bottom of them, and mirrors have not been wiped down in months. Don’t even get me started on the toilets- the fact only one toilet works and is always disgustingly unsanitary really turns people away from this club. Also not worth buying the group club membership when zumba is free! Just walk in and gather around for Zumba because you don’t need a class membership for that class.
