I’m from Rochester and I was visiting near by. I had their coffee several times and there wasn’t a time when myself or anyone else with me got a bad cup. Great experience, I heard Logan & Gaige were making the best!

I'm not sure about the chain in general, but this particular one, on Route 56 in New York, is awesome. The food is always good, the staff friendly, and the price constantly beats out Dunkin'. If we had one back home in Randolph, VT, I'd be one pretty happy guy.

They were open. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response even after greeting them myself. I drove to the window, made eye contact with an employee who promptly turned around and walked away. Disappointed. Will not be eating here again.

I have never been violated so badly by the staff. I've been falsely accused and false statements by the staff. Simply get gas and staff makes false statements to police.

This Tim Hortons is actually at the rear of Valero Gas Station at the junction of State Routes 56 and 310. There is a drive through though, so you don't have to get out of your car for service.

Went there last night around 6 or 7 and got 2 XL large coffees. In the early hours coffee is usually great however I have noticed later in the evening it is hit or miss. Last night it was so hot it burnt my tongue and it tasted cooked like it had not been remade in a very long time. It was gross to be honest and we ended up dumping both. So today bought 2 iced coffees instead of hot and there is literally no ice in either except 4 partially melted cubes. Today is July 3 so maybe just a bad weekend not sure.

bought 4 of the maple sandwiches for my co workers this morning, also a large coffee and bagel with cream cheese for myself. got to work and there was no bagel in the bag. stopped on my way home, they won't give me the bagel or refund it. not the first time this has happened, but it was the first time I've asked for resolution. Worst customer service EVER!! I won't be going back

Staff is attentive and always pleasant but the coffee tastes like swamp water. Tim Hortons is my favorite coffee but I will not be ordering coffee from here ever again.
