The people here are just so nice. The store is pleasant, and many items are good quality. Yes, sometimes you can get things cheaper online, but they do price match even though it's not the simplest thing for them to do (too bad the Lands' End system isn't friendlier to the store managers and employees, but they are super patient with it). I think the customer service here is just outstanding, better than anywhere else I've been lately. And things like kids' snowpants are better quality than other places.

Had a good day shopping Lands End store. Staff was helpful. Found that some sale items were less expensive than exact same shirt/size. with marked flaws. It pays to search the whole store for hidden bargains or items just reduced rather than just shopping the clearance racks. Fitting rooms were neat and clean. I love Lands End quality and pric s!

I went here hoping to get warm winter boots for my teenage son. He is in men's shoe sizes. They had none in store. That isn't something they carry in store.

Nice bright store. Super easy return by super efficient David. I didn't like the way store is organized - I want only petite or regular - not kids, men, plus sizes. They seem all mixed up. Confusing and frustrating to my brain who hasn't done in person shopping for over a year..... Still like the products. Hope they won't go cheap price with less quality.....

They have higher quality clothing. While it costs more, it's more durable. They have ladies, men, children and women's plus sections. Sometimes you can find a nice bargain in their clearance section.

Hi I ordered online women’s tee shirts to take to Florida I was very, very, pleased with my order that after washing and drying they still fit perfect and very soft and comfy for the heat. I even went back on line and ordered five more colors. I am 5’2 weigh 148 and the petite large fit perfect all the way around I wish I was this lucky with other things I ordered. I have never had such a good experience.

This is a store where they have some pretty cool deals. I just got blue Jean's for less than $15 a pair and some really warm winter coats for between $50-$100. Now those are some great deals.
