Good store all in all. In my opinion it is one best Walmarts in Rochester. I keep going back again and again. Also, i am a careful, picky, experienced shopper and this store seems to consistantly please me. Prices competative, on the lower side than anywhere else. The manager does a good job running it obviously. Have to commend them on how they do a good job making sure that thier fruit and produce is top-noch regularly checking for quality and frieshness. Even saw one of the employess checking the peaches and plums to ensure nothing getting too soft or old. I thanked the person for this. Its important stores keep close eye on their food, epecially prices going up lately. The check-out lines sometimes a little slow, but i do the self-checkout and that significantly speeds things up.

Absolutely horrendous staff. They must have terrible managers. Tried to get baby formula and they have it locked up and you have to press a button. Employees do not come when it is pressed. Asked a nearby employee for help got ignored by 2 of them and told by the 3rd one "sorry cant help you". They finally escorted me to the front where i was told they would hold it for me while i continue to shop for the rest of my items lol? Meanwhile in the electronics department i can just load an 80 inch tv in my cart and walk out without question if i wanted to and the police department might tweet about it on Twitter. They should fire all of their higher ups. The fish rots from the head down.

SLOW PICKUP. The inside of the store is average Walmart and the self checkout lines usually move quickly, so I'm not going to give it one star. But the pickup is very slow. It seems like they are understaffed. I arrived at 5:40 for my 5-6 pickup slot and checked in on the app, but am still waiting at 6:40 and nobody has brought my order out yet. Unless you have health concerns it is a much better idea to go inside to get your groceries because pickup will not save you any time here.

1. There were NO shopping carts available so I had to carry my purchases. 2. I was told in electronics department that I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for my passport photo to be taken. I guess no one knew how to take it. The employee didn't even look at me to explain. He rushed over to help some personal friends of his instead of being polite. 3. 3 young men were bridging in shopping carts as I was leaving. Maybe I should've arrived 30-40 minutes later than I did in order to be a satisfied customer.

The woman working at the Money Services department acted rude and condescending today when I tried to send money to a family member. She says she was only doing her job but she really could have been nicer and more polite. The customer does not care that she had training with the FBI. We are there to send money to people. Asking us why we are sending the money is really none of their business. I gave her the wrong answer and she acted as though police were going to come and raid her area. She acted more like a police officer or a very nasty gatekeeper in an office than a customer service representative. Her attitude made me feel like a criminal, not a customer trying to help out a family member.

One of the better Walmarts in the Rochester area, and it's huge, with everything you might need. Plus the workers, as far as I could tell were quick with service and helpful. Also they were knowledgeable of where items were located in the store. Plus every departments registers were open; which lead to a very short wait time for checkout.

Absolutely horrible. Whole shelves of Products marked with the wrong price . Cashier was in a bad mood and the female manager with 1/2 red hair and half black hair was just plain rude and nasty. It took 10 min for someone to check on 1 item and when I was tired of waiting I told her to just refund the items that were mis marked she rolled her eyes and told me that they were looking for it. I could almost see the shelves from where I was standing in the customer service center ... there is no way it took 10 min to walk that far. I will never step foot in that store again.

It was a pleasant experience! I find when we go early, it takes the pressure off because of the pandemic. The food was fresh!
