6 Best toy store in Rochester, New York (NY) 2024

SLOW PICKUP. The inside of the store is average Walmart and the self checkout lines usually move quickly, so I'm not going to give it one star. But the pickup is very slow. It seems like they are understaffed. I arrived at 5:40 for my 5-6 pickup slot and checked in on the app, but am still waiting at 6:40 and nobody has brought my order out yet. Unless you have health concerns it is a much better idea to go inside to get your groceries because pickup will not save you any time here. ~Bec

I used to like this store as it is close to my house, and Berto the manager is very nice.. but today the experience was horrible how can you ever leave a store being open and ran in the America and nobody in the store can speak English?? And on top of not understanding ANY English. They get frustrated with me, making nasty facial gestures at me like I'm the reason they don't speak the language of the country. Weird! , I will drive to another one from now on. One where I won't be treated funny for speaking ENGLISH ~Tiffany

I had the worst experience going to this family dollar. The staff was being mad rude because I wouldn't put my bag in the front with my Nintendo switch and my Acer Chromebook down in the front and I only come for a few items. I will never go to a family dollar again. I'm going to be doing all my shopping at rite aid for now on. ~Brandon

Great service a lot more things that a lot of the Dollar trees do not have so great product as well the only downfall was one of their coolers were down in the back but otherwise the store was great the service was great the product was great I would recommend this Dollar tree to anyone ~Jeannette

Very neatly organized. This Target is not very crowded and well stocked. Ample parking and welcoming staff. There was no self checkout. ~Abeer
