7 Best furniture store in Rochester, New York (NY) 2024

We knew what we wanted (furniture) and we had 3 different girls helping us. They were great. While waiting on us, they also had an irate lady, who was yelling at them and demanding their attention. These 3 ladies, held their composure and dealt with her and also took care of us. I can't say enough about a great they handled the situation. No one who works with the public should ever be treated like these 3 workers were. Thank you. We will always continue to shop Big Lots ~Janet

SLOW PICKUP. The inside of the store is average Walmart and the self checkout lines usually move quickly, so I'm not going to give it one star. But the pickup is very slow. It seems like they are understaffed. I arrived at 5:40 for my 5-6 pickup slot and checked in on the app, but am still waiting at 6:40 and nobody has brought my order out yet. Unless you have health concerns it is a much better idea to go inside to get your groceries because pickup will not save you any time here. ~Bec

Terrible customer service. This store should have shut down when the owner died years ago. I was influenced to buy furniture on the spot and was told by multiple different sales men that it would take 2-4 weeks or 4-6 weeks. Everyone is so nice when buying, when it comes to getting the furniture is another story. My furniture unfortunately is going to take double the time then I was told which is understandable and I wouldn’t be upset if I received an apology. Never once did anyone say anything apologist. Instead I was basically called a liar, and that I didn’t hear them correctly. I told them they lost a customer he didn’t care. They don’t care about people or take responsibility. ~Dana

Raymour and Flanigan is located on West Ridge rd in Greece ny. The parking lot is clean and well Lite and Safe. The exterior of the building is well maintained. Great job to all the employees and owners who help with this effort. 👏 This is my to go to store if I want to buy Quality items at a fair price. This store is a landmark for selling the best afordable possible furniture. I've been coming here most of my adult life, which is a long time. And Yes they had everything I bought today unbelievable... Ask for my salesperson Trell a great person who gives you No pressure and right there for your great quote, on your new furniture and accessories. Great job 👏 I especially love the selection of mattress. It's like magic, test them out is incredible and how relaxing. Wow Cheryl helped us find a great deal . We were looking to save $ and purchase the bedroom set in the store but she managed to get us a brand new one ! She also answered my questions regarding other furniture and appliances . Very knowledgeable and definitely deserves a raise . (: We will be back here again in the future . ~cynthia

Very neatly organized. This Target is not very crowded and well stocked. Ample parking and welcoming staff. There was no self checkout. ~Abeer

Come here if you want to be treated rudely by Frank the manager and purchase items that are directly beneath a sale sign only to get to the counter and find out the sign refers to items in a different area of the store. None of these items were on clearance… false advertisement and poor service at its finest. ~Natalie
