Wow Cheryl helped us find a great deal . We were looking to save $ and purchase the bedroom set in the store but she managed to get us a brand new one ! She also answered my questions regarding other furniture and appliances . Very knowledgeable and definitely deserves a raise . (: We will be back here again in the future .

Cheryl was great to work with, as soon as we walked in she asked if we need any help with anything when we told her we were just looking she let us peruse around with no pressure at all and the real cherry on top was when we were checking out we asked to have it delivered thinking we wouldn’t be able to take it in our Jetta and without even asking she informed us that we could fit the mattress in our car saving us $100 on delivery fees. Thank you Cheryl!

I walked in the store. The sales people doesn't just try to force you to make a sale. They let me walk around find what I'm interested in. I told them my budget. They helped me save less than my budget. I'm most definitely going back to buy more furniture.

We were in a hurry to buy a reasonable mattress for our cottage. We stopped in the South town store, Cheryl directed us to what we were looking for, gave us options and we made the purchase. She was friendly.

Please do not waste your time on this place , I had a horrible experience , I purchased a sectional from American Freight which was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday but was not delivered because apparentley the sectional was already sold and delivered to someone else over that weekend. I recieved a phone call from their delivery driver who told me “we can’t deliver your couch because we don’t have it” I than called the store to get an explanation and was told i would recieve my sectional the next day. Once I recieved my furniture it was ripped on the side than i was told i could keep it temporary untill a new one comes in. Here it is over a month later and I have just recieved my new sectional ! I was told i would be reimbursed my delivery fee and i just got my reimbursement Monday because someone lied and said they already returned it. The manager/supervisor is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers So is the staff , I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE !
