Best appliance store in Rochester, New York (NY) 2024

This place is a hot mess. Clearly no supervision and very little employee training. I realize that we’re in this post-covid time and people still don’t want to work, but this Home Depot needs leadership. I ordered online for a curbside pickup. The item was not ready after 11 hours. They didn’t even have it pulled from the back room storage. After an hour waiting, we chose to return the next day. Again, curbside wasn’t working so we entered and waited in line for a half hour with many employees clearly just stumbling around without a mission. Eventually my order showed up and both big boxes were smashed. I obviously refused the order and asked for another one. After another half hour, we were out the door. The staff who were actually working were totally overwhelmed and the only ones holding this operation in business. My recommendation would be to order from a different store. 👎 ~Rodd

Wow Cheryl helped us find a great deal . We were looking to save $ and purchase the bedroom set in the store but she managed to get us a brand new one ! She also answered my questions regarding other furniture and appliances . Very knowledgeable and definitely deserves a raise . (: We will be back here again in the future . ~cynthia
