Hung up my phone call when I asked how many flatbed trucks were available, told me to just come in even though they may not have any left. When trying online, website says call store to check truck availability. Great customer service :/

So, just another Home Depot. Didn't really stand out too much one way or another. As a bonus, for a Saturday it was strikingly empty. One negative that stuck out was that I asked two different associates to find a simple item. "Drill Phillips head bit, for driving screws." Not only was neither one sure at all where to look, neither one was willing to help me find somebody that might know the answer. Eventually I located the item. I wasn't overwhelmed with either salesperson though. Maybe it was just a bad day.. it got four stars instead of three, basically because it was empty and therefore after I found the item it was a quick checkout.

Can't argue about the prices, I just wish they were more Veteran friendly. I know a lot of people who have worked at Home Depot, and they have all had bad experiences. That has made me a Lowe's guy.

Close to where I live, for the most part they have the things I need when I need them. Seem to be well stocked. This is an addition to the previous review. 8/23/22, can you usually always find what I need at home Depot, it deserves the five stars. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they do know what they're doing.

Bought a new disherwasher, as our not even 3 year old one broke. Decent price machine, but the add ons are not needed. Perfectly working parts right at the house, for no cost to me (They say it's a liability issue, but they just want more money. The extra add ons added to my bill, thus 4 star.

This place is a hot mess. Clearly no supervision and very little employee training. I realize that we’re in this post-covid time and people still don’t want to work, but this Home Depot needs leadership. I ordered online for a curbside pickup. The item was not ready after 11 hours. They didn’t even have it pulled from the back room storage. After an hour waiting, we chose to return the next day. Again, curbside wasn’t working so we entered and waited in line for a half hour with many employees clearly just stumbling around without a mission. Eventually my order showed up and both big boxes were smashed. I obviously refused the order and asked for another one. After another half hour, we were out the door. The staff who were actually working were totally overwhelmed and the only ones holding this operation in business. My recommendation would be to order from a different store. 👎

Just left store. Juan in lumber was fantastic. Approached us to see if we needed assistance, which we certainly did. Loaded and selected lumber we needed. Juan was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, polite, patient, very hard worker. Wow!! nice to have great service. Can't say enough about Juan as a Home Depot employee.

Went in the garden center for some plants. They had what we came for except for one item. The parking lot is kinda a handful, in less than 3 minutes we must've seen almost three near misses, scary. Makes you want to get in and out so you can check on your car. Not much more to say, but seems like the garden center needs a a couple more employees. Only one person manning the register while two were outside trying to stock, so a long line was forming. The other line was for self checkout, which takes a while for people to figure it out, or if the computer is glitching at that moment.

A MUST for any DIYer. Great for all odds and ends whether fixing up something outside or inside. Staff is kind.l but sparse. Download the app and it will tell you the aisle and bag of everything you want. Makes shopping easier. Self checkout is great. Expect lots of carts strewn throughout the parking lot not in the cart return (it’s a rite of passage) and expect lots of terribly parked cars. Join them by parking sideways. The paint people here are especially nice!
