I was there last night with lots of stuff in my basket but they insisted that I go through self check-out and then when I went there, there wasn’t any bags to put my stuff in!! When I asked for bags they just acted like they don’t know anything!! Had to convince them to go to the cashier which is really inconvenient!

Love this CVS! They have cheaper I Love NY gifts compared to the gift stores around. The staff are very helpful and there are a lot of check out options so you are never stuck in here for longer than you want to be.

I like CVS in general. I t's just the branch I went had many items out of stock. Quite a disappointment

Prices were outrageous for basic feminine hygiene items. Prices for other items had the mark-up I would expect for the location but these items were literally twice the price. Found and purchased them elsewhere.

Security will blatantly follow you to make sure y I u dont steal a $2 water bottle. I've never experienced such terrible location as this. Cvs should close this location. Never would go back here. Walgreens has much better service

Really great location with good prices and good stock. Only loses 1 star as it says it was 24/7 and out of the three times I visited it in the middle of the night (between 3-5am) the doors were locked and the tills said they were closed…

I visited this location a few weeks ago while staying at a hotel near Times Square for an event. I visited sometime after 11 pm on a Friday night. I always use CVS at home and very badly needed a few items. This location is 2 floors, and seems pretty nice. I didn’t notice any glaringly obvious security, being followed, or feeling uncomfortable. All the items I needed were on the 2nd floor. There weren’t any employees watching me and I felt completely comfortable taking my time, taking items off the shelf to look at and put back if not needed. They have checkouts with cashiers as well as self checkouts. I used the self checkout. It’s was a very easy process, and I payed with my iPhone. If you use self checkout, after scanning an item, be sure to place it in the bag on the left side, and press down on the item in your bag. It uses some kind of sensor that detects weight, and if it doesn’t detect a scanned item is placed in the bag on the left, it locks you out and a store associate has to unlock it. The reason I’m not rating this location higher is because the second floor was extremely picked over. There were a few impulse purchase items I wanted, but they were out of all of them. I can’t speak to the stock on the 1st floor since I didn’t walk around that part, but I was just surprised the second floor had whole aisles completely empty.

This was a great place. I went in to look for some hand sanitiser and the store assistant was really helpful and friendly and helped me to find it. I was also welcomed as I went into the store, which was really appreciated.

We were not planning on stopping here but we honestly were looking for water from a drinking fountain. Although we failed in finding one here we came away with a needed restroom stop and mini strawberry cheese cake ice cream that hit the spot while the muggy heat took over outside.
