I work overnights in the area so I decided to go grab some snacks and reload my card so that I’ll be able to get a cad home in the AM as I always do I ask Patrick can he call someone to reload my card he told me and the manager request he or no one else can reload the card because they was to busy he said David had to stand at the door he had to stand at self check out and Tajwar had to pack out he was very rude did not try to help and this acting that he took can be danger to me get home but Tajwar stepped in and told me he can take care of me I told Patrick that I will send a email to corporate he struggle his shoulders but big S/O to Tajwar for the great customer service

Manager was awesome. She knows her way around the store. Great customer service skills and always go above and beyond. If you can wait and not in a rush, worth waiting for her to become available. You are going to find what you’re looking for if she helps.

Absolutely horrific Covid hygiene. The employees don’t seem to understand or care that some of the people coming in to pick medications up at the pharmacy are folks with pre-existing illnesses. They should absolutely not be exposed to a gaggle of maskless employees horsing around near the front of the store. I tried to have a discussion with them but they refused to put masks on and told me to call corporate. You bet I will! I will also take my business elsewhere.

The worst pharmacy on the planet. If they don't inject you with an excessive dose of flu vaccine, then there is the severe cellulitis at the site of injection. But what gets me most of all is the NEVER actually make deliveries. They lie and hendon't show up. You are better off paying 3 times more with a reliable pharmacy

Very young and inexperienced staff, Supervisor was to call me back on an issue, never did nor did she recognize me the following day. Dishonest staff members and very unkempt environment. Photo corner straight out dirty, disorderly and disorganized. Moneyorder machine out of service for days. The only convenient thing is that they are open 24hours daily.

Sometimes I think it would be more convenient to go to a pharmacy farther away where they seem to have their ish together. The staff at this location always seems to be new either to the location or the profession. My prescription is either not filled, or I've been called 13 times for one that wasn't in fact filled based on automatic refill failure. For so much real estate in NY, the aisles tend to still be cramped. Your only method of checkout is self-checkout unless you come in by chance when there is actually someone at the front counter.

Twice, I've called in to have a prescription transferred to this CVS, both times they said they would do it -- took down the prescription name and number, got the pharmacy's numer -- and both times they didn't do it. I would go in to get my prescription, and they would have no record of it, no record of my request to get it transferred. It's ridiculous how long it takes to get a simple prescription filled here. I've had the worst experience. Do not go here.
