I know Sephora is getting ready to relocate into Kohls, however my comment is to compliment the employees who helped me with products and application last week. They couldn't of been more helpful and attentive, and really knew which products to recommend. Those two girls really listened and understood my individual needs. It was a great experience to have assistance from knowledgeable employees. Customers appreciate that service almost more than the product itself. When Penny's reopens their area of beauty products, consider proper staffing, and to always have assistant 's available who can guide the customer with application if needed. Definitely a sales boost.

I have been to Sephora in Greece many times. I have sat with Essence and I believe Cassandra. Each time I purchased great products however due to limited staff in store I waited quite a while each time. I would love to sit with either one so we could experience makeup together however was not able to at any visits. Disappointed

Love this store! Lori is so knowledgeable and very helpful...I ask so many questions and she gladly helped with everything! Found the best deals for me and also gave me plenty of samples with instructions! Thank you LORI! Alex was great too! I will return!

I shop at this location quite often and would like to say every time I come to the store and Kenya is working my experience is absolutely amazing... like tonight. I came in right before closing and she took her time, helped me create the most perfect eyeshadow brush combo... more then half of the things I use on a daily bases she has recommended for my skin at one point or another. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and the love she has for helping people. Sincerely The one that can never remember her email address for her points :)

It really depends on who is working when you go. I had one girl take her time talking to me and showing me different products and helped me pick out a highlighter. She was very helpful. I've also went in there and have been totally ignored. No hello, no how may I help you, and I even had one girl just walk away from me mid question. They obviously sell great products, even their store brand is pretty good. But if you have questions or if someone goes in there and really doesn't know much about makeup be prepared that you may not get the help you are looking for. If that is the case you are better off going to Ulta where their employees treat everyone like actual people and are more than willing to help anyone

I am not a make up person. I was dragged in by my sister and wandered around like a lost puppy. A super sweet employee (Katie) was kind enough to tell me I had nice skin, and was so genuine about it. I decided to ask her a few questions and she gave me a mini makeover. I told her exactly how simple I am, that I have little ones at home and what I realistically had time for. She heard me out completely took the time to walk me through it. I have done the routine she taught me for two weeks now and have never felt better about make up. She made me feel empowered and lovely and like I could wear make up and still look like myself. I am so grateful to her and the little confidence boost it's given me to feel like a slightly more polished chaotic mom. xo Katie!! Thank you so so much.

Roman did my granddaughter's makeup for her Jr. Prom. He was great with her and listened to what she wanted. The makeup was age appropriate and she looked like a Princess. Thank you for hiring such a well trained and friendly person.

I was just in today I was looking for a foundation as I have struggled with acne and oily skin my whole life . Amy was very helpful and friendly to me . I think I easily spent and hour with her if not more . I told her about my skin concerns and she showed me the new fenti foundation. She pulled me over to the little application station and offered to cleanse my skin ( taking off the foundation I already had on ) and try the fenti . She also showed me different products to go with the foundation such as moisturizer and primer. Amy matched my skin and a tone of foundation perfectly. She also noticed before she took off my existing makeup that I use bronzer and highlighter and did a bit of that on top of the fenti foundation. I have a wedding to go to in the upcoming month so I really want to have a full coverage matte foundation that doesn't look orange on my skin and she just nailed it for me . She also gave me details about the jcp card that also works in sephora and stood with me the full application process for the card . I asked a bunch of make up questions and she gave great answers to all . I give her and the staff at Greece ridge sephora 5 stars for helpful, friendly and just overall satisfaction on well, 5 star customer service. Unfortunately my shade of the foundation was sold out due to the line being new and popular however Amy also went above and beyond to take my contact information and the shade that worked well with my skin tone and told me she would give me a call when they received more in . Thank you so much Amy !!

I asked Roman to help me match my foundation color. I told him initially that I would like to try Stilla and Naked. He tried to match my color IQ and said the machine wasn't working so he began testing shades on my skin. Unfortunately he was expecting a much more enthusiastic response than I would ever produce. I asked him to try the Stilla and he grabbed a coworker to replace him. Looking at my skin in natural lighting Now and the color doesn't match my neck it's much more red and darker than my neck. I've had better, quicker, more helpful service in the past. I would take it back because I look ridiculous but I dont have the energy to deal with them.

I swear it's hit or miss with any sephora these days. Sometimes the service is great but recently it's been trash. Not welcoming at all. I walked around the store for 15 minutes looking at different products and not one associate greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Although the store was virtually empty I was walked past several times and blatantly ignored as a women shopping with her boyfriend was offered helped and I was not even though we were literally standing right next to each other and looking at the same brand! I planned to restock my Nars collection during this trip but the lack of customer service really upset me. I don't think I'll be shopping at this sephora again even if it means I have to order makeup online from the brand.
