My husband (first visit) was there 15 minutes early (per their request) waited for about 40 minutes because therapist was running late. Therapist never came out to apologize or say anything, so we left, not going back.

I think customer service and people working in this location are very nice and helpful . I had experienced few different phy therapy,before this one so I have kind of mind set that when you go to physical therapy not only some one told you or guild you exercises . They supported to give you massage with electric stimulate and by hand as well . They don’t give me any of those . If you want to get massage after workout this is not the place yes if you willing to do exercise for 1 hr-45 min go head .
