Very rude staff- waited to take a shower & the cashier said we had to go to the back of the line to take a team shower after already waiting 45 min, last time I was here I waited over an hour for a shower, no water pressure-small lot not much parking, only 3 showers ☹️😟

The worst pilot I've ever been to. More than 1 hour and 30 minutes to be able to take a bath. The staff let the customer take baths for more than 1 hour without caring that there are more customers waiting for more than 1 hour. NEVER STOP HERE!!

Nice little spot decent parking but u stayed over night you will get Dunkin’ Donuts n subway they only have 3 showers

Unfortunately I've had to layover here for my 34 hour reset. This pilot has to rank near the bottom. The restroom is completely wrecked with no paper to be found. The entire staff isn't doing anything with the exception of one guy cleaning showers. He can't get to the restrooms because he is constantly cleaning the showers. Don't be so nasty people. Clean this place up.

It’s a little on the smaller side, but it’s also pretty large for being up North. The parking is good if you get here super early. If not, it’s pretty tight and everyone struggles to get in. Buuuuut, there’s a Subway and a real Dunkin’ Donuts… not just the DIY coffee stand like a lot of other Pilots. There’s also only 3 showers, but the wait usually isn’t that long. The actual Pilot staff have always been friendly any time I’ve stopped in for the night. That’s always a plus after dealing with NY shippers and receivers all day.

One of the worse Pilots I have been to, Rude staff, Dirty fuel Island, trash cans always full, long wait time for a shower (only 3 showers with 89 truck lot capacity) yet you see more more than 5 people working 2 at cash registers and three walking around Acting busy, I have been to the facility three tines , 2 times they canceled my shower before the 10 mins are up, and all three times shower was out if soap. On feb 12 around 04:00 PM I informed the cashier at the fuel desk of no soap yet mo response had to buy bar of soap for $3 and pay the same cashier. I really hope management or ownership will read this.

3 showers boy so get there early to wash that )&)) hot food and cold drinks parking is not the biggest see a few parked on the road look safe

Horrible lot design- no hot food in the store- store limits Subway on what they can sell because of the Dunkin doughnuts next to it- both stores are owned by pilot so it shouldn't matter- bathrooms were only partially stocked- horrible location what kind of truck stop doesnt have hotdogs.
