I love going to Emperor Nail and Spa. Every time I go they are so kind and welcoming. I can come in with a random photo from the internet and Cindy just works her magic. I normally go to Cindy but I’ve never been disappointed with any of the nail technicians. They are all wonderful. Services: Nail repair, Dip powder, Manicure

I was a walk in (with my husband) and asked if there was availability. They said yes so we waited about 20 minutes for someone to start a pedicure. The service was okay, but he cut my nails so short the attached skin underneath was being filed away. I was wincing and moving my feet but he did not ease up. My feet were not scrubbed very well and I could see and feel rough dead skin the next day. My nails looked good even though $35 turned to $50 because a polish color that happened to be gel. I was not told of an additional charge for different colors (I did not get a French). I wasn’t going to leave a review because it was fine but after only 4 days, plus the up charge of the gel, my entire pinky nail polish peeled off in one piece. So 3.5 stars since I have to go scrub the excess skin off my own feet and walk around with 9 out of 10 toes painted.

They did a good job, I had Tony. He was nice but seemed a little rushed but still did better than other places I've been too. My sister had Cindy and her nails where so cute. It was good service and very reasonable prices. Gave a generous tip. :) I would come again.

I had my nails done with the SNS system. I had called and asked if they could fix my nails because my initial appointment was somewhere else and they botched the job. Tony did an absolutely beautiful job! An eye for perfection with his work! Thank you for letting me come in without an appointment and taking me immediately! You've gained a new customer! I went here for the first time last Saturday and it was a wonderful experience. The shop is beautiful and clean. Not cluttered at all. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from and the spa packages are well worth the money. Maggie did my pedicure and my SNS and she did an amazing job! She really took her time and really treated my real nails with care. Her skill and technique really impressed me. I have been to several nail shops in Winston-Salem and this one is one of the best. It just might be the best in my opinion! Stop by and give them a try you won't be disappointed!! Services: Pedicure, Waxing, Dip powder

I just moved from SC and this was my first time here. My nail tech was Mimi. Once I came in I was greeted immediately. I didn’t have to wait at all. Mimi did a great job with my pedicure. The foot massage was everything!! She also did my full set acrylic nails with gel polish. I showed her a pic of the design I wanted and she nailed it!! This place is fit for a Queen! Everyone is professional and prices are affordable. MiMi was my nail tech and she was the best I ever had. Im new to the Winston area and was overwhelmed because I couldn’t find no one to do my nails like I want them to be done. After going to several different places my daughter told me to go to Emperor Nails & Spa and yes I finally found my New Nail Salon! I love the Queen chairs and Bougie pedi spa. The manager is very compassionate about ALL of her clients & yes this is where I will spend my money! Thank you staff for taking GREAT Care of Me. Who ever rate this place under 5 has issues within themselves! Keep up the Good Work Staff…my mom & I will be back in 2 weeks😁👏 Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures, Nail art, Dip powder, Back massages
