The qualtity of service steadily declined after reopening, post pandemic. I was unable to find a solution to constant cracking and chipping SNS days after application. Globs of product remained after the SNS application. Finally, the poor quality forced my to look elsewhere for nail services. Services: Pedicure, French manicures, Polish removal, Dip powder, Waxing

Loved the positivity here! They truly care about their customers. The music is great, nail techs are nice, owners are super sweet! Everyone was easy to talk to! They take their time and provide a great service! Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails, Manicure, Gel manicures

Had a new girl work on my nails, very young. Mgr or owner kept an eye on her.. Was skeptical from the start. Then she filed my nails down so much I had one layer of nail bed left on each finger. The polish was not smooth and peeled in a weeks time. They also charges me an extra $5 to remove the shellac. Couldn't have them redone since I need to pick up kids from school. Waste of time and money! .

By far the worse pedicure I have ever received. Barely touched my feet, didn’t remove dead skin even though I paid for upgraded pedicure. Now polish has started peeling days later. More importantly they are very slow. Avoid this place. Service: Pedicure

This place was by far the best place I have ever been to to get a pedicure. They took very good care of me and I didn't have to wait. I will be going here from now on. Service: Pedicure

Nice atmosphere and the couple is very sweet but this is COMPLETELY overshadowed by how horrible my nails came out. Day of — I had acrylic stuck to my fingers but, on other nails, acrylic missing from one side or the other completely. Day two — had a nail crack off. Day 10 — I have chips on more than half and the exposed layer of acrylic is ridiculously thin. I wanted a good set that I could continue to get filled until time for the next set. If you plan on going here, expect to need an entire set every time and don’t expect them to last any more than 4-5 days.

Had my nails an feet done today the lady that did my feet didn't even let my feet soak not to mention she did not even scrub my heels very good it look like as if my feet wasn't even done she did a very rushed job and I'm very disappointed on the other hand my nails were done okay kind of satisfied with that but my feet I am very disappointed!!! Also there were two ladies that came right after me were offered something to drink they didn't even care to offer me anything to drink which I find it kind of funny but anyway will not be back!!!!!

Customer satisfaction is not know at this establishment nor is education on the products they provide which i have the most problem with. Pink and white SNS which they pride theirselves on turns YELLOW in the sun light. Yes I said sun light not tanning bed not lotions but NATURAL SUN LIGHT. (I have heard the above also turns yellow but not my issue here) I had pink & white done prior to a beach trip which I discussed with tech and not once was I advise to do a color (pink and white is a higher charge) When I returned to explain the yellow color was advised by the owner that was my problem. They don't warranty yellow. She could charge me a fill in to fix or charge me to take off. I just paid $45 a week prior to have done and then they happily took my $10 to remove total of $55.00 for a week of yellow nails. All because they are not educated in the product they offer. I'm sorry but ignorance is not a pass on this one..at my expense. Just want to educate you because they won't!!! Now on to the next level of this complaint.

This salon has poor customer service. I am new to the area and walked into this shop looking to get a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. When I walked in all of the technicians were busy so I asked how long it would be until I could get my needs met. The technician told me 30 mins. I decided to wait. I waited 45 mins and in between that time 4 other women walked in and were immediately serviced. They were getting more items done that cost more money. Please do NOT come here. They only service those who have to get items done that cost more money first

First I would like to start by saying that I only write reviews when I have something positive to say but I just cannot keep this to myself. The store is beautiful with upscale decor and chairs, but the service was absolutely dreadful. My grandfather and I came into town for a funeral service and simply wanted to relax beforehand. Our nail technicians were rude and unprofessional, to say the least. My grandfather wanted to get a pedicure, and was refused the service because he was unable to get out of his wheelchair. No other alternatives were given. After we decided on a manicure for my grandfather, they had him hunched over a wide table trying to reach his technician for the majority of the service. His back ached for days. Did I mention that his manicure barely lasted 10 minutes? My service, on the other hand was even worse. My services included a weak pedicure and sad sad fill-in. The pedicure chairs are higher than normal, so I could barely step up there without difficulty. The technician even filled the glass tub with water BEFORE I could step in there. This resulted in my left foot sliding forward, and jamming my toes into the tub. And when I tried to readjust my position in the seat, the same thing happened with my right foot. I don't know if my technician had amnesia, or if she just wanted to nickle and dime me for all that I had, but she changed the price for my fill-in service 5 times, ranging from $30 - $45. There was no way for me to verify, because the fill-in that I wanted wasn't listed on the menu. After experiencing all of that, I just wanted to pay for my service (And I still left a 15% tip), and leave that horror story behind me. But with each passing day, and its only been a few days, I'm reminded of that horrible experience every time I look down at my nails. I left that shop with specs of nail polish and dried acrylic on my fingers. The polish on my nails is chipping ridiculously and the acrylic is separating from my real nails. Don't make the same mistake as I did. And if you must go, proceed with CAUTION!
