My car was in an accident. Harbor Collision could identified the problem before I told them. The company was very thorough and professional. They did a fabulous job and it looks brand new. They did an amazing job on the color. The car is back to looking brand new. You can get a rental from Enterprise and they pick you right up and when your car is ready for pick up you can leave the car at Harbor Collision and Enterprise will pick it up which was very convenient. Harbor collision did a paint job on my Honda after the paint started peeling on the roof, it was an extended warranty and Honda covered it. Harbor collision did a fantastic job the car looks beautiful inside and out. I got a detailing job inside and out that I didn’t even think I was going to get with the paint job to the roof … very happy with the service and result. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful with getting me a rental car at a fraction of the cost it would’ve been if I had done it on my own because Honda did not cover the rental while my truck is getting painted. Jon is completely unprofessional. Typical shop owner. Works harder on his tan and muscles at the gym than any car that goes through his shop. He will bully you if your car is dropped to him saying it has to be done by him even if you want it removed from his premises. Advice, pay for the tow and take to a reputable shop. He cannot hold your car hostage. The work that was done to my car took 2 months to even start while the car sat in the blistering sun. It was a pretty straight forward paint job to some front end parts after some minor front end work. The body work done looked good until I drove the car a few blocks and the windshield trim pieces started to flap around. These were not even damaged in the accident. Brought the car back and showed several areas where the bumper was misaligned and paint stress cracks due to inaccurate mounting and other things were wrong. Went back 2 weeks later and they made no adjustments. In fact they did nothing. I was told they fixed all the misalignments and everything was done correctly and essentially to go away. Only thing done was the two busted windshield trim pieces were replaced as they had no leg to stand on with that since they were never broken in a small fender bender to the front of the car. Protect yourself.....Do not take possession of your car until you have someone else with you thoroughly go over the car. and take pictures of everything before you sign anything taking possession from them as well. Fast forward 1 year. More chips to paint on the front bumper in one year than the previous 9 years of ownership, orange peel to paint, spider cracks, etc. Conclusion: They used the same paint on the metal parts as they did on the plastic. There was no flexible additive to the paint for the plastic pieces. No clear coat done over the paint job at all. 1 year warranty and out of luck. Not that I would ever recommend their shop to anyone, much less have them give me another excuse or tell me that I am crazy when I have misalignments of over 1/2" from one side of the car to the other. This company did a repair on my vehicle after a traffic accident. The paint looked very nice for the first few months but as Im approaching the year mark, the edge of the paint on the front bumper is peeling. I would not recommend this company. Service: Painting

Very please with their service. This shop was recommend to me by lexus dealership down the block. I knew they would not recommend a shop that would not stand behind their work. They exceed all my expectations. They even took care of the rental car and returned it for us. Made it super easy and quick to swap back into my car. Absolutely terrible all around. Do not waste your time going to this unprofessional place. The receptionist was extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. She rolls her eyes when asking questions meanwhile, she has no idea what she is even talking about. Place also must be hurting for money really bad charging $100 fee for leaving the car on their lot for less than 24 hours, even though the sign on their wall says they charge $50 per day. Owner also swatted his hand in my face when we asked to get the keys to go to a different body shop down the road (which I was told to do at my lawyer’s direction). Also, the owner threatened while screaming and waving a wrench around. At this point the cops were called. Will never use again, and certainly will not recommend to a friend.

Terrible body shop. Brought my car in for an accident with the front bumper. They fixed the bumper but they had obviously taken my car out for a joy ride. They gave me my car back with 0 miles in the tank, when I had originally had a full tank at the time of the accident. There was also scratches on my door that were not there before the time of the accident and they refused to respray my door for free when they were obviously the ones who scratched it. Also have noticeable chips on my rim like someone hit the curb while driving my car, and I have never done that and it was not there before the accident so now I have to get a new rim for my car because of them. Overall not satisfied at all, took very long to fix my car and they ended up messing it up as well when their job was to fix it. Can’t believe an auto body shop could do damage to your car while “fixing” it and not fix the damages for free. They also did not put any windshield wiper fluid in my car at all so I also have to do that myself. Never will bring any of my cars to this shop and I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
