I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership. Carlos was the most helpful, friendly, informative, non-pushy salesman I’ve ever met. Tara, who finds/orders the cars, searched high and low for my specific vehicle and literally located it on a boat from Japan! Denise, the finance officer, was indispensable, and Gloriana, the tech person who explained all the bells and whistles, and set up every gadget, was extremely helpful and very friendly. It was more pleasure than business!

I had been thinking of upgrading my car and after some research I decided on a Lexus 350RX. I finally decided to go and Samantha Klaus was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and you could tell she knew her product. She was not pushy at all. Denise in financing was great as well, and I appreciate her helping me secure the right financial assistance. Rob the tech specialist went through everything throughly with me and made sure I understood every aspect of the vehicle. I read all the reviews that other buyers submitted about Smithtown Lexus before coming and to be honest they really exceeded my expectations. I love my new car so much!!!! I really didn’t like the WAY I WAS TREATED the 2 guys that were there this morning no names were given or displayed. They didn’t treat us QUEENS PEOPLE NICE AT ALL like were there wasting there time long story short I left there without purchasing a vehicle😑 VERY DISAPPOINTED because I HAVE GOTTEN GOOD Service in the PAST In the SERVICE DEPT 👍but the SALES TODAY FELL Below the BAR. They made very little effort to try and sell a vehicle to us and we were just shrugged off. We felt unwelcomed like our business was not wanted there. honestly I don’t understand why we get profiled , I’ve also been profiled at LEXUS OF QUEENS like this for a used car. Although the 2019 GX460 in the showroom there is a very fine EXAMPLE of Well cared vehicle and something I’d love to get , the price isn’t justified just because of the mileage but if they were to make things right I would consider buying that truck for a fair price but definitely would have to make it worth my while to drive back there.

Shawn and his associates at Lexus of Smithtown are absolutely world class! White glove service and personal attention from the moment I first called to check on availability to the delightful experience of driving my new car off the lot. Shawn took ownership of managing through an unavoidable delay in delivery, keeping me posted every step of the way, and his knowledge in explaining all the car's features was almost as if he assembled my ES300h with his own hands. Everything related to my trade in was also handled very fairly and professionally. To sum up, I could not imagine a better car buying experience. I reached out to Lexus in February and it has been smooth sailing the whole time. I initially spoke with Shawn regarding the Lexus NX350 H and he helped me through the whole process. Denise the finance manager was awesome as well. She made me comfortable and walked me through all my financial options. She was very thorough and made sure I got the best deal. Finally the day of pickup I dealt with Fahad who went above and beyond for me and honestly because of how amazing everyone was and how safe and at home I felt, I will never go anywhere else for a car again. 10/10 recommend. Side note: if it’s a new car you get the BOW experience :)
