I reached out to Lexus in February and it has been smooth sailing the whole time. I initially spoke with Shawn regarding the Lexus NX350 H and he helped me through the whole process. Denise the finance manager was awesome as well. She made me comfortable and walked me through all my financial options. She was very thorough and made sure I got the best deal. Finally the day of pickup I dealt with Fahad who went above and beyond for me and honestly because of how amazing everyone was and how safe and at home I felt, I will never go anywhere else for a car again. 10/10 recommend.
