Shelves are always missing things, no longer full. Hard to find what you need, have to grab it when you finally see it. Leads to hoarding as if we were at the beginning of Covid. Would shop somewhere else if there was another supermarket closeby.

It's no Uncle Giuseppe's but they manage to keep a clean store. The liquor store next to it has a wide selection and fantastic prices!

Downgrading previous rating from 4 to 3 stars. It is still a big improvement over previous store layout. However at present there is much less product availability that I find at some other local grocery stores...and like everyone else, charging way too much. Look around and you can find better prices and greater product availability at some other grocery/local mom and pop stores in and about the three village area.

what is happening at Stop & Shop Setauket??!! went to get some paper bowls and cream cheese and the store was out!! a lot of empty shelves. i went to shop rite down the road and all shelves were full.

Jennifer S. from the floral department saved the day for my wedding. We originally ordered flowers from a different company. They arrived a few days before the big event. Unfortunately, we got the wrong numbers of boutonnières and corsages from that company. I spoke to Jennifer, who so kindly took emailed pictures of the designs we’d chosen. She was able to make perfect matches for me with such short notice. She even went above and beyond to get berries that weren’t originally in stock at her store. What a lovely, kind employee. So talented. The pieces she made were beautiful and very nicely priced.

Throughout covid-19, this store has really stepped up to the bat and provided a very clean, well-stocked store with senior hours in the morning that make it much more comfortable to shop. The selection is excellent and I am especially impressed with a very well run produce department. The prices are very good (especially when using the store card). Overall, I think the Three Village area is very lucky to have this store.

A couple years ago, I had coupons clipped on my account to save approximately $9 on my groceries. I provided my store card to the cashier, but unfortunately they needed to rescan and they didn't ask to scan my card again. They scanned a different card (that was not under my account) without notifying me so the coupons did not process. Did not realize until I was far from the store. The store is pretty nice, but more staff training might be needed.
