Beautiful Salon in Los Banos. As soon as I walked in I'm greeted and asked if I want a beverage. Very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone was happy, clients and staff. Clean and smelled really good. The talent these ladies have are incredible!! From eyelash extensions to hair color and acrylic nails they legit have it all.. (just some of the services) there's absolutely more to name. 10/10 would highly recommend.. Services: Body waxing, Manicures, Eyelash extensions, Waxing, Haircut, Acrylic nails, Hair extensions

So I went to posh spur of the moment looking to get my hair colored and add extensions, I was quoted 175 to redye my hair black and make my blonde patch more blonde. She told me I could dye it at home and come back ... I should have listened. Because 175 for black hair is kind of alot now that i think about it, but it did take her almost 2 hours to that. My hair is a short mullet so the extensions were to add length to it. Im a new mom and was kinda having some postpartum sadness . So I did have some crying it was kinda late like 7:40 she told me in an hour we would be done with the extensions... she only had the second weft in at 8:30 when my husband arrived . She told me I could come back and get it finished. So I paid 485 for color and 2 pieces of clip on hair "beaded" in to my head . We drive home , I'm in the car and feel my ear and part of the weft is not even attached to anything .. its Friday night , and I'm uncomfortable and have to have my husband get the pliers to remove the weft so I can stop feeling bad about myself. I let the OWNER SABRINA know that night and sent pictures. The next morning she says to come in and someone else will fix it. We allready took out the weft and my hair is fine with out the extensions. I then tell Sabrina I like my hair with out the extensions and that I feel bad loosing the 310 . She tells me how she gave me a GREAT Deal , (clip in remys are like 99+) I can understand not refunding hair because you know sanitary.. but 310 for clip in hair extensions, with only 2 rows installed is a bit much . She said I could go back and someone else would put the weft in, but I kinda allready lost my confidence in going there .. so I said enjoy the tip . Also her saying no refunds twice when I hadn't asked for one yet made me think alot of people end up asking her for a refund . I didn't want to refund on the hair , it would have been cool to get a refund on the hair installation that didn't really take place but whatever . Live and learn and find a new salon loll.

Called the shop today, April 30,2022 at about 9:30 to see if there was any chance of getting in today for a haircut. Spoke with Sabrina and we agreed on me coming by at 5:30. Sabrina was so super sweet. She proceeded to wash my hair and massage my scalp. I almost fell asleep while she was doing this. I told her what I envisioned for my hair. I think this was the BEST haircut that I've gotten in a long time. She put a little bounce by layering my hair. When she was done, I was blown away by the beautiful hair style she had given me! Even though we just met today, we both feel like we've known each other for years. I look 10 years younger than when I first got there I asked her about coloring my hair and she said that I should never consider coloring or getting a perm. I will definitely be returning to Posh and Sabrina for ally future hair needs. Service: Hairstyling
