You have a few bad apples at the front desk. This is the second time I call and I speak with someone that was rude and verbally aggressive. If you don't like picking up phone calls, then maybe this is not the job for you. You guys can do better I know you can.

Dr. Stallings is a top notch dermatologist, very thorough and she is very responsive to my concerns. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is giving you the very best medical care.

Insurance is a nuisance to deal with for sure, but these ratings shouldn't be about insurance but the doctor. If you want to rate insurance companies and what cross talk they have with doctor's offices, please do that somewhere else. I come here to see what the doctor's capabilities/strengths/weaknesses are, as should everyone else. Dr. Stallings is highly professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly has very good technique (again, what these ratings should be about). I came in for some mole removals, and was happy at how quick the actual process was. It's only been some hours since the procedure, but I took a peek under one of the bandages and I had imagined it would look way worse, and was happily surprised as how it doesn't look like a chunk of my skin was sliced from my body. It is a little red but that's to be expected. That one is on my face so I care more obviously as to how this one will turn out, but unless I somehow get it infected, I think that should heal very nicely. I have gotten moles removed twice before, and no procedure has been the same. This procedure (numbing injection, removal and cauterization of the area) I believe will end up looking the best once fully healed compared to the other two ways ivet gotten them removed (liquid nitrogen directly applied and ice cube followed by slicing). Crazy to think of how different doctors/practices do wildly different things.

By far one of the most caring and knowledge doctors I have ever gone to see. She spent a lengthy amount of time looking at every one of my concerns and addressed two major issues with prescription creams and shampoo that did the trick. My scalp has never felt this good. Big bonus, she's there on a Saturday!! So worth the wait.

Had a visit in Dec 2018 and tried to make an appointment in Nov 2019 for a follow up only to find out they don’t accept my insurance anymore. The woman who answered the phone was very aggressive an rude when I asked her to speak to the doctor of someone about it. I asked her if she lets her patients know When something likes this happens and she just said “No”. At that point I couldn’t believe she even said that to me. I think it’s very important to inform patients on any changes so we are prepared on what to do for future visits! No thanks!

Dr. Stallings was great. Went to her many years ago & just looked her up to go back. She was friendly, knowledgeable & had a solution for all of my issues. Actually enjoyed my visit.

An appointment with Dr. Stallings is like a fun lunch with a good friend. You literally feel good seeing her--it does help that she may be the most beautiful woman in Westchester, but it's also her happy and helpful nature. Plus, she's darn good at what she does.

I’ve been going to Dr. Stallings for over 2 years. I completely recommend her, I am in my late 20’s suffering from acne and it was horrendous. I spent so much money on different products from stores like Sephora, Ulta, you name it. I cannot count all the disappointments I had, especially with high end products like Dr. Brandt, Murad, Clinique etc. Once I met her, not only is she gorgeous, but she knows her stuff! She explained to me that this was all hormonal and age related. So she prescribed me some medicine (no side effects!) and 2 creams! I cannot lie the cream took awhile for my face to get use to it because it was so drying, but one day I woke up and had NO ACNE. That changed my life and I thank her for her professionalism and for helping me with my issue. I went back to get a birthmark removed, quick and easy, and I will continue to go to her!

We live up in Brewster and it's worth going down to Tarrytown to see Dr. Stallings! She's been taking care of my two sons (24 & 12 year olds) and me for many years. She's very thorough, personable, reassuring, and really listens to our concerns. Dermatology can be uncomfortable, but she really puts us at ease and makes it a pleasant experience! We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Stallings!

Dr. Stallings is incredible. When my daughter was 3, she developed an odd rash, which turned into bruising on her legs and lower extremities, swelling of her knees and ankles,, stomach pain, and more. We brought her to several doctors that could not figure it out. Dr. Stallings diagnosed her with Henoch-Schonlein purpura, a very rare disorder that causes inflammation and bleeding in the small blood vessels in the skin, joints, intestines, and kidneys. Once we knew what it was, we were able to get proper medical treatment and monitor her, and after almost two terrifying months of hospital visits and daily blood draws to monitor her kidney function, she got better. Had we not known what it was, the other doctors would have kept guessing. Dr. Stallings likely saved her life. I highly recommend her. She is smart, asks questions, and finds the real problem, even if it takes a little extra time.
