I am a customer for 2 + years, excellent and honest staff: Once the cashier was out of service and I just didn’t wanted to wait for the exchange and gave to them as a tip…. Next day when I went for my morning coffee they had it into an envelope for me ( More than happy I gave it to them, again) , this is something you don’t see nowadays.

Chevron in south miami very rude employees they don't know how to treat customers I went today at 8:20 first of all.The cafeteria employee was very rude my friend asked him three questions and he didn't do anything to answer back and also the cashier in the front was a very rude person

Sun 29 Dec 2019 845pm / rude workers and Will not allow us to use restrooms after filling our gas tank and a purchase. The guy-employee has hallway blocked off bathroom entrance, telling us it's being cleaned.. Saying it will take 20 min. yet no one is cleaning in there but tell us it's fixed in 3 days.. Sat. 26 Dec 2019 Worst worker ! employees seem lazy !

I used my debit card at this station after not having used the card for several weeks. It took about 6 swipes at the pump before the card worked. It seems my card info was grabbed by a skimming device, as 1 day later, I got 4 attempts to purchase prepaid WaWa gift cards. I love how clean and new the station is, but I am disappointed that they dont inspect their pumps for skimming devices more.

Tonight, I went to Sunshine Chevron 21 and the clerk named RICARDO was EXTREMELY RUDE and ACCUSED ME OF STEALING. He didn't speak English and he didn't even try to speak English. He rushed to my car and was accusing me of stealing some lady's gas. Since he didn't speak English and the lady didn't speak English, they approached me like I had stolen her gas. She apparently prepaid $14, but she told the non-English speaking clerk the wrong pump number. I told them to speak to me in English, so I could understand. My car was nowhere near this lady's car, so I don't understand how the incompetent clerk and low IQ lady could have made that mistake. This clerk named RICARDO was incompetent and extremely rude. He bluffed and said he was going to call the police. I didn't do anything wrong, so I didn't fear him calling the police. When I arrived at the pump, I slid my credit card as I always do, so I was very confused. Ricardo and the lady called me offensive names to each other about me and gossiped about me to the other customers while I waited to reimburse the lady. I only had $4 cash, so I tried giving him the cash along with my credit card. He wouldn't accept my cash. He forced me to pay the $14 with my credit card. He was HORRIBLE and this is the WORST experience I have ever had at a gas station. I am a loyal customer to this Chevron station, yet I was treated like a thief. He knew I had children in the car and he took his time charging my credit car. Miami is a very dangerous city. Ricardo should not have acted this way and made me wait so long while my children waited in the car. I am extremely upset with CHEVRON!

On 7/3 I used a pump and swiped my credit card. Then I started getting unauthorized Apple iTunes purchases almost $600!!. The pump must have had a credit card stealing device placed on the pump. Pay inside.

The customer service provided by the women who work in the morning, especially the younger one with black hair, is horrible. Idiot can't even take an order correctly then has the nerve to argue with me over it. the food is cooked in the morning, all of it, so don't buy anything past noon or it would have been sitting out all day.

I'm sure it takes only one Bad Apple to Rune a Bunch. Need to take that bad apple out, before is to late,Tonight around 9:45 pm, right in front of my face this new employee, named Javear, marked Tatoo on his left arm, disrespected 2 customer including my self. What an animal. I'm long customer, almost I know every one in this place, I get my gas, my drinks, my lotto, even my water here everyday, he is telling me with bad attitude go some where else. He can not even speak English , I even noticed in Spanish to previous customer , which was a young lady, I can't help you, go some where else. In Spanish, I was wounder is this what Owners or Managment attention is from this business. Or would be a correction , or better said a replacement. I'm my self working with customers every day, that attitude was not acceptable at all.so if you walked in and see him around , you go and figure your self.

Today, February 19th, around 11:00 AM, I bought gas outside and went inside to buy a pair of lottery tickets. One of the ladies after giving me the tickets, and not giving me the change, she just turned back and started talking to two other ladies who worked there. I didn't even move from the counter, and I even told her to check other lottery tickets for me, but she ignored me. A minute later she came back and checked the tickets, but not without complaining that I was supposed to check my tickets on my own, etc. Better customer services skills should be taught to these ladies.
