Bought a chicken wing pizza and medium buffalo wings well done. The chicken wing pizza was just awful, which is upsetting, having grown up in spencerport and it use to be the best in this area. There was so much parsley that it was unbearable, barely any buffalo sauce and barely any chicken. Basically just a cheese pizza with parsley on every square inch. The wings, I’ll say were cooked well done like I requested but had next to no sauce on them, to the point I added my own sauce because I didn’t ask for plain. We’ve tried giving this place so many chances and every time it disappoints. The owner is a great person, always very friendly but his staff could care less. Do not recommend.

They suck, wings not cooked well. Should crispy all over. Pizza didn't have hardly any sauce. Super skimpy toppings. Hardly any cheese. Soggy in the middle. I won't order from tem again. We have so many other great pizza places here in town. Why would go back to them. Terrible!

Ordered pizza and wings. Wings extra extra crispy. First wings came barely cooked. They sent another order and they were barely cooked.

2.5 stars. Very good when the owner makes the food. When He isnt there, you're going to get one of the worst pizzas. Ordered last night and got an undercooked pizza with burnt toppings and rotten, actually rotten mushrooms on top. I know the owner would've been appalled to send that pizza out. I had to throw it away. Shame.

My son and I went in for dinner tonight, when we arrived there wasn't anyone at the counter, then a young kid came in and yelled a girls name, she came to the front and we ordered a small 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni pizza. She was very nice. Took only about 10 min. Fast. We were hungry.. got the pizza and started eating, had a burnt bottom and it was gross. I asked for some blue cheese to help cover the taste, (again we were very hungry) took 4 bites..my son was like OMG mom this isnt like ours near home. It's burnt. I said I know, I told the girl and showed them both behind the counter.she apologized. I'll never go there again..the worst I've ever had...gets a 2 star for the nice girl...

The wings here were so fabulous! We tried the barbecue, garlic and country sweet. They were crispy on the outside and moist inside. The pizza was good too but for us the show stoppers were the wings.

No Excuse for this they ruined a totally decent family night with myself ,my wife and daughter . we were Bowling at our favorite bowling alley and thought why not order a Pizza from Pontillo's since they are right across the Street, we placed the order it took them over an hour to deliver which I could not understand ,then I bite into the first piece and found a 6 to 8 inch piece of hair in my pizza. yeah I complained yeah I got a refund but the mood and dinner was ruined this is the Last time we order from there there is no reason what so ever employees don't have hair tied up Tied up or covered

Their pizza was really good with the heat from the pepperoni. I also order chicken wings which were good sized, but I didn't like the wings not being extra well done like I asked for. They did add extra sauce for the wings which I liked.
