the food delivery took 90 minutes.. it was cold and missing the fresh basil.. the pizza was called krave.. but believe me this is nothing to krave.. would give zero stars if i could

Prices are ridiculous, since COVID, the prices are almost double and the quality went down and the portions are smaller. They used to have pretty good food and it's always been a little expensive, but it was almost worth it, but now it's below average at best. Don't waste your money

Parking available on small strip mall near Post Office and other stores. Place is clean and the 2 men were welcoming. Not much foot traffic. They do have an app to order and orders can be paid with Apple Pay, etc. my son who loves pizza really enjoyed it. I liked their lemon pepper crispy wings. You can really taste the lemon which I like. Might be my new ordering spot.

Do not order from this place! They charged me $4 for extra garlic, said it was under the cheese. Got home within 5 minutes, pizza was already cold and there was no garlic under the cheese or anywhere. I called to complain and they gave me an attitude.

Awesome place!!! Had the Kaza panini but I added some avocado and it was delicious. Their entire menu looks amazing and I definitely can’t wait to try something different. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food is great, anything I've had. Stromboli like my father used to make! Only issue is busy nights sometimes don't pick up the phone.

I love Jays Pizza. My go to is the “General Buff” slice. I have ordered this slice so much that’s its now tradition to take a military pose when I pull it out the box and salute the slice. Sometimes I’ll eat too many slices and have to army crawl into bed. It’s only right this place receives the highest attainable rank, the 5 star !!! The general of the army himself is always hard working at the front making pies but always manages to say hello to me !!!

Food is great, but customer service and delivery are lacking. Took almost 3 hours to receive our order on Saturday. They had an issue with one of their drivers. We gave them three opportunities to rectify the situation, but were only offered some free slices of dessert and soda. Called back and spoke to them about how disheartening this was and was told the manager/owner would email me. Almost 24 hours later, no email, called back again to speak with the manager/owner and was told they had other priorities and could not speak to me. They had offered all they could and I needed to accept that. Posted on the community page in Facebook and saw working five minutes a common theme, great food and bad delivery service.... We will not be ordering from Jays again and just want to share our experience.

Whenever I come to visit my family upstate, I have to grab something for this place. The food is to die for and the staff are such kind people. Definitely recommend the lemon pepper chicken wings and chicken alfresco! The smoothies are also made of real fruit unlike other places- would highly recommend!
