Why did Walgreens buy the perfectly fine RiteAid that was this location? Ever since they took over, this store has gone to hell. Staff is rude, they are sold, horrible cashiers, pharmacy has been down for over a week and everything is locked up. The only good thing is Maria the pharmacist who came from RiteAid. I hope this place one's down and we get our Old pharmacy or something better back. It is a horrible experience to go here

I dropped off Fedex package. I asked for a receipt. The guy took the package asked me for my phone #, and said I would get text, and that would be a receipt. I didn't really believe it since a text cannot be a receipt. After that, I started getting so many spam calls. I didn't give out my phone # to anyone or anything else. The guy must have sold my # to some spam callers. Absolutely unacceptable.

i came to pick up medication for sick person , system is down and they give you paper note to go to other location 15minutes by car... how is system down my problem? i can see in reviews that this is happening every week there...

Horrible customer service here! Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I've lived in this neighborhood over 40 years, and prior to this being walgreens it was rite aid, and it was better than this! Customer service goes a long way, hopefully walgreens management looks at all the bad reviews on this store and takes action to make it better. All these bad reviews can't be wrong.Much better options to go to in the area.

I wish I could leave zero stars such a horrible experience. They advertise same-day delivery through their website and app but do not deliver unless you buy or purchase through DoorDash. I waited three hours for my groceries that never showed up, no one communicated with me about my groceries even though they advertise 2 hour same day delivery. This is beyond frustrating and could’ve been avoided if customer service was cared about. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!

I go to this walgreens only when necessary. A couple of days ago I went to make a return and they refused. I checked their policy before walking there and on the website it says I can return items at any location within a 30 day period. One of the cashiers is helping me but then another one comes and ask me why I don't want it. Anyways I asked to speak with the manager not only was he rude but he was not helpful at all . I don't think I will be back at this Walgreens. Horrible customer service.

I don’t usually write reviews but this Walgreens has probably got to be the worst one in the entirety of NYC, quite possibly the world. Slow does not even begin to explain the service. Understaffed for sure. People who work here move like they literally have no will left to live. Trying to buy something simple like a tube of toothpaste is like trying to do the most daunting of tasks. It’s really painful shopping here. I hate myself and everyone around me when I step foot in this establishment.

It's my neighborhood department store, right on my corner, and I love it. I don't understand all the negative reviews, but I can assure you that they are coming from folks who haven't been in the area for long. Really nice and easy going, all the staff are awesome, oh, and not to mention a FedEx drop-off point, super convenient. As for the "complainers", I can tell they haven't lived in the neighborhood for long, and they're looking for something to complain about. Listen, the world was suffering during the pandemic, get off your pampered high horse and understand that not everyone is in your servitude, they need to adjust to circumstances as well, this isn't E.R. the TV show, it's a departmental store.

Like many others I came here only because it's convenient, but no more. During my last visit, in the height of the super contagious Omicron variant of COVID-19, at least one employee was working a register without any face covering (even if he did cover it would be useless because he had on a super thin, nearly transparent face gaiter), and there were several customers walking around unmasked without anyone saying a word. My one pharmacy experience was frustrating because I made the appointment and filled out all the paperwork online, yet when I arrived they did it all over again and had issues with my insurance. What should've taken 15 minutes took 45. Let's not even talk about the dismal frozen and refrigerated section which looks like the place was ransacked.

Rude and no common sense people. Update: After 10 mins waiting on the ever growing line and not moving someone came out and said the cashier is on break and people should wait. She said approximately 30 mins. ... and this is the only Walgreens pharmacy in the area!!!
