Although the products here are scrupulous, not can be said on the cashiers--there's no customer service, none whatsoever, bunch of unhappy and surly cashiers and staff, no thank you or service with a smile. Plus, if you bring your own bag and not purchase their own plastic bags, you have to bag your own groceries. NO, thank you. There are other groceries, delis, and markets in the neighborhood where one can have a pleasant grocery shopping experience.

I’ve been shopping here for years but with 2 stores 2 blocks away I think it’s time I change. It’s almost like they don’t want their customers anymore. The loud offensive heavy metal music. The practice of putting display items on the shelf you need for your items for self checkout. The missing prices on produce. Increasing prices but leaving the old price posted so you get a surprise when you check out. What’s going on with them? The new music is the most mysterious choice- Short of some of the more vulgar, violent modern rap music, they’ve chosen the most unpleasant, awful, pounding screeching nightmare noise to make you hurry up and get out and don’t bring anyone young or sensitive. Yeah I really love a man falsetto screeching like an angry maniac in a lunatic asylum to grating, miserable whining guitar.

This supermarket is DEFINITELY CLEAN & lots of space to walk around to find whatever your shopping 🛒🛍️ for. I don't often shop there just because it's in Sunnyside, however, they've seem to usually be selling some baked BBQ Whole chicken 🐔🍗 because back in 2019 one-time I had that intense craving that can't be ignored. At that time, I went back out to Sunnyside s Green Valley Market praying if they had any, regardless, if I ended up buying a half BBQ chicken. And my prayers were answered! Boy was I'm RELIEVED 😅 & VERY Happy!! 😊😁😋😋 The employees were okay 👍🏾 but overall it's a cool Supermarket. 👍🏾💜💙🧡 💛

I LOVE this supermarket!!! They have great hours, amazing staff, self pay machines if the lines are crowded. Very very fresh produce and I'm Vegan so I love the variety and Most importantly they have great sales!!

I wish there is a 0 star option!!!!! The cashier CHARGED me for the only product I told her I didn’t want because changed my mind on the last minute then she sent me to another place to “return”. I had no time to waste so I left. I came home and the product is OLD and DISGUSTING! Worst EXPERIENCE. Don’t GO!👎🏻

Used to love this place but now i refuse to go there. Many expired products on the shelves. Beware of the deals on any meat! it could mean that its either expired or close to expiration. Happened to me twice. Bought one of those pricey sausages that are not processed as much, and when i opened them they had a foul smell. One of them wasn't even expired, and the last one i bought was 2 weeks expired. Its unfortunate, but i personally cant continue to come to this place. I hate throwing away food and wasting my money. I also don't want to have to go to the store to claim my money back because is too much trouble.

I really like the supermarket here. Especially, you can get a copy of USB for 5c. ups copy costs $2 for one time. It is supermarket so opens early in the morning. It’s help a lot !!!!

This market stands out due to the dedication of the team that works there. This is not our weekly supermarket but we come on occasion when in the area to shop for some of the items we can’t find near us. In particular foods from Central and Latin America. The staff are always friendly, available and knowledgeable! If they don’t know where something is, the manager is typically on the floor and a radio call away to come and find something with you. Everything looks fresh and well stocked. I only wish we lived closer as the prices are great and given everything I’ve said thus far we would shop here all the time if we could.

"are you guys part of the key food chain?" "No." "But you have key food products on your shelf,.. and signs for key food sales on the shelf..." "No we don't. That's a different store." UMMMMM OKAY. They definitely do have a few key food brand items here so I don't know what kind of racket they're running but this is a decent supermarket anyway. They carry a brand of eggs and milk that's organic and cage free and cheaper than organic valley so it works for me 👍
