Very disappointing. I ordered an 8 pc. Family meal with mashed potatoes, corn and slaw. Chicken tasted old, gravy was watered down and half of the biscuits crumbled apart. I paid $35 for this and usually we can eat leftovers but this will not see the inside of my fridge. I'm disappointed.

Worst experience ever The online stated they was open at 11 Got there at 25op said they would be open by 315., then said not till 33o. Still took orders but chicken wasn't done and didn't get my order till almost 43o. N it all had to do with there parking lot getting redone. If they would have had a simple sign up stating the issue would have been way more considering, and regardless the 2 of 3 worker's they had where very apologetic, but they could of offered a free drink or some kind of compensation.

I contacted KFC today to complain about an incomplete order that was missing a large order of fries that I had already paid for, but no one picked up the phone (many attempts). If I could, I'd give this place a zero star.

They do have good food but my favorite thing about coming here its the only place I can get the sweet lighting mountain dew. It's great if you like peach flavor and mountain dew. Food wise good chicken love the biscuits but I normally get the chicken potpie.

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered 3piece dark meat preferably 2 thighs & leg. The girl never asked if I wanted reg or crispy just if I wanted the meal, which I said no because I didn't need the drink. This came to $8.69 I was in a hurry so I didn't check what I received till I got home. I never got a receipt with my change (I figured it was in bag. It was not) What I got was 2 legs & the smallest thigh I've ever gotten. All of which was burned to the point of being so rubbery, I cannot even eat this. I will return this mess tomorrow when I have more time. Extremely disappointed and very irritated because now I don't have the time to even get something else to eat or return this mess. This is the reason I stopped purchasing for the longest time. Maybe I'll try a different location. Be careful too check your orders before you leave this location.

I ordered a number two. A number two says a leg and thigh. I received a breast and wing. So of course I’m disappointed because I don’t like wings and I don’t like chicken breasts that’s why I ordered a number two. They were way too fast through the drive-through.

Maybe my timing was off or something but I originally intended on dining in and found the doors to be locked and noticed their sign said KFC drive thru so thought ohh maybe its drive thru only even though I clearly saw tables inside, so the car in front of me proceeds to order and go through and I waited well over 5 minutes at the speaker without being spoken to at all , being as patient and polite as possible asking if anyone was there, so proceeded to pull away to see the car behind me helped immediately. Could have been an off day but my experience was extremely unpleasant.

This place is garbage! They charged me for 5 biscuits this is what we received. Ordered large mash potato did not give the gravy. Called to speak with management they said to call back . Now they take phone off the hook. Completely ran by incompetent staff.
