I was in there tonight and not a single person, including the employees, were wearing a mask. I walked right back out. Last I knew there was still a mask mandate in place. I will be reporting this store.

The shelves are empty they never have anything. I clipped digital coupons and they always deny me the discount and I even show them that I clipped them and they still refuse it. Short staffed and most employees are rude. You can barely get down the aisles because there's freight carts everywhere but nothing is ever on the shelves and next time I'll take pics and post them as well. Very disgusting with the Ovid NY store to the point I drive out of my way to different dollar general stores.

Very upset by the lack of guidance given to two customers by the staff that came into the store without masks on. When I questioned the staff on their protocols they told me they can't ask people why they aren't wearing masks but they can offer them a mask. The staff then said he didn't offer the unmasked customers a mask because he "felt comfortable behind his mask and his screen"... I will not being going back due to lack of follow through re: covid precautions and their obvious lack of concern about the safety of the customers in their stores.

Good location, shelves were pretty bare, lots of stuff kinda thrown about randomly but that's more a reflection on the labor shortage than the manger of this store. All in all, I'd shop here again.

The clerk at the counter had the best customer service I have seen in a long time!! I never thought I'd say this about a Dollar General given many past experiences, but the young Man really knew what he was doing, the store and seemed to genuinely care about the customers experience. You better hold onto him and make sure he's taken care of. Not many have consumer skills that he has, especially these days. Store was in great condition as well which is something that shows a lot in different stores.

Service is ok but the store is like walking through a dumpster. There is always products on the floor. Freight is everywhere it's a safty hazard at the very least. Not to mention it really dirty and you can barely get down the isles to shop. Don't use a cart you'll never make it through half the store. Obviously managment doesn't care what happens in that store.

Horrible got something for half price $8 they take off ,2. Next item same price take off $1.71. had a $6 took off$2 but charged me twice. Then took her three times to return my money. By then I didn't want the stuff. There loss never made a sale plus when I went over the receipt she never took off the money they took off my bill. My luck their stupidity.

One of my favorite places to get all my household items. They have a dollar aisle i get my dixie cups and babywipes from that aisle and their end of season clearence is always the highlite of my visit there when they have it . I always get cloths for grandaughters for birthdays or christmas at such good prices that way!

I wanted to complain about this store. I took the surveying thinking that there would be a place to enter a complaint, but there was not. This store is regularly out of essentials like gallons of bottled water, store brand cat food, milk, and many others. In addition, the bathroom is revolting. The floor is brown with dirt, the walls are covered in filth, and the sinks and toilets need a good scrubbing. Also, there is never any toilet paper or paper towels. I am not even sure if anyone ever checks them or not. If you are going to have a bathroom for customers to use it needs to be cleaned regularly, as well as having the essentials to actually use the facilities. Also the recent changes to the store with the narrower aisles makes it impossible to really navigate with a cart. While I will still shop there because it is convenient and your prices are low, I am upset at the state of the store, and lack of care that it receives.
