I'm so angry that u said u had the relay i needed but when i walk into the heat with very hot and when i get there u don't have it after u made me walk all the way here and did do anything to make it right when u did with another customer and blamed it on the computer no keep an eye on you supply thank you for ruin my date as well because u didn't check your supply before i got there

Honestly the older gentleman up front has that type of attitude that improves you’re life just by getting to experience it through a friendly interaction with him. Next time I’m there I will figure out his name and add it to this review because it was that good of an experience

Literally the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. There was this lady who gave me the worst attitude ever. She was acting like I was the one forcing her to work. Babes this is life you have to work it’s not my fault you’re ugly and have to work at auto zone. Their workers need to learn how to be nicer because the way the lady was treating was absolutely disgusting and I will never come here again 😐🖕🏼.

I was shopping for new wiper blades. I asked for top of the line as my current ones didn't work well at all. The customer service rep, Michael, reviewed the brands and made thoughtful suggestions. He even showed me how to install them, demonstrating on one and then watching and assisting as I installed the second one. The best way to teach! I so appreciate Michael's help. I'll return to this AutoZone whenever I need anything else for my car.
