Very unhappy today for the first time Maybe they have changed their policy where they don't assist you with like putting your oil in your car.... I just did not feel that good feeling I've always had when I came to the store in the pas. the guys just didn't seem interested to help me not going back...at least for a long time will take my money elsewhere

I spent almost $500 on new brake parts online (pads and rotors) and picked the Cottage and Fulton store for pickup after work. When I walked in no one greeted me. Stood at the counter for a few minutes and somebody finally comes over and asks what I need, no smile or expression. I tell him I’m there to pickup my order. He checks my ID, walks over to the shelf where the parts are sitting in a basket and says “ ok you’re all set” and walks away. No thank you. No smile. No “hey do you need anything else, Brakleen? Rags? Caliper lube? Can I help you carry them out??” Made 3 trips in and out of the store with my ailing back and no eye contact once from anyone. Lame. Obviously don’t appreciate my business. What I should’ve done was returned them and bought from someone else.

Fully staffed so no waiting in line. Only downside was there were no large containers of oil available but I'm sure that's not their fault. Upside was my container of oil I did buy was only a dollar more than I paid for it a couple of months ago.

Only went down a star because employee told me "I don't know what to do" when asking for oil filter for my car. 😂 I'm not mad but you gotta stay professional on the clock an never say that to a customer.

Plan on standing in line for at least 10 minutes. If you're welcomed in by a staff member you'd be one of very few to be acknowledged. Usually that takes them until it's your turn and even when it is your turn don't expect to get there undevided attention because there never done talking amongst themselves or with helping the person next to you at the same time if not two or three and possibly one or two on the phone. Be prepared to spend a good 30 minutes here and that's even if they have what you want on the shelves.
