Shout out to Diego! I was freaked out when my car wouldn’t start and turned out I needed a new battery. Went to this auto zone and Diego showed me my options and quickly installed a new one. I was back up and running in under 30 minutes. So thankful!

Didn't have the item u called in to confirm they had and infact has to go four other ones to get what I wanted. My cousin who was my driver was not pleased with the extra driving and with today's gas prices who can blame him

Autozones is the topnotch car spot for parts & car micellaneous, in particular Broadway & 19th. What stand out is people like Kenny (with the long hair-dont remb last name )so quick to time to assist you when its not crazy busy, checking your lightbulb. Has a nice personable manner, sharing tibits of car knowledge along the way. I thank goodness for people like Kenny who hv the ability & patience w/ an older car like mind to unscrew the light parts without tearing it up!! Kudos to him & Autozone for continued excellence!

I just wanted to say Thank you so much Glenn C at Autozone in Sacramento 1900 Broadway 95818 for helping me find a gas cap. Glenn C has great customer service so Considerate and kind . Customer service means everything to me after getting off work at the hospital I was exhausted, the hospital was busy with covid patients I called Ford I called carmax I called other places and they left me on hold for a long time, but when I got ahold of Glenn he helped me and I appreciate everything Glenn did for me, plus his customer service I will never call anywhere else again I will make sure I call autozone because you can depend on them
